This time, my favorite feature is the first floor bedroom- its cozy but not cramped, comfy but not overly luxurious. And hey, the b-roll is even more exquisite this time, I love it! Thanks bud for sharing! From your avid supporter and friend from the Philippines :)
Love this A-frame! You’re right that it has a realllly long counter that works well with the layout. Have never seen a basement in any of your other videos so that was a surprise. Outside amenities looked sweet with the large deck and hot tub. Also unexpected was the access to the river and the seclusion. Great tour!
I like the floor plan, the great use of space with countertop/ storage, and the walk out bedroom. But I’m looking at it from a design aspect more than a patron’s perspective. Thanks for the tour!
How could all that useless counterspace and open cubes stuffed with books or firewood as decor, be a good use of space? There should be cabinets to stow away food, dishes, pots & pans, and glasswear. The living room should encompass the entire space by the doors. There's an unfinished closet in the master with no door or curtain. Also, the 2nd floor has no windows, the basement (with the weird carpet and cold, uncomfortable furniture) has a lot of wasted space, i.e. potential closet and storage space, and each bunk bed could have drawers in them.
Only 1:20 in but was very happy to learn of your big playlist for A-Frames! I live in a large chalet/A-frame type home with a heavy cabin feel. I call it my tree house because it sits high up in a deeply forested area (no neighbors as I’m on a big chunk of land) and has a very huge multilevel deck network around it, plus the interior has a lot of wood. I’m thinking of making some interior decorative changes so I was looking for some inspiration. Your playlist might be just what I need! I’ll be binge watching. Lol
@@MikeWillTravel I don’t have a link but I can send you pics and the town it was in. It was is an Airbnb and omg we were in the outside jacuzzi while it was snowing it was so beautiful!

Hi Mike! Was there a vent above the stove? I'm wondering how would the plywood handle the heat and humidity from cooking on that angle above the stovetop?

@@MikeWillTravel I really enjoy the basement design... If I did build a “A” frame deep in the woods, I would have some incredible things built into my cabin
Yes it is, predominately because of the heavy use of wood paneling and concrete. It's stated as Scandinavian in their Airbnb listing. I've been to Norway and Finland myself and I came across many cabins like this over there.
@@MikeWillTravel, I would also love to purchase the blueprints!! I'm in Southern Indiana and purchased 23 acres, of woods with 4 lakes, alittle over a year ago! (my retirement) This A frame is one of the best I have seen! It's absolutely amazing!! The owners did an amazing job on this one!!
Thank you for making those awesome reviews. I m so into A frame and your videos helps a lot my research. So I am curios about the dimensions of this beauty. Is there any chance to know the approximate dimensions?
