I view the base one as if you can't afford a luxury item but want the best writing experience we can offer, this is the compromise, but if you can spend more the others really are much more beautiful. To me, there are then many many urushi pens that I think look lovely, but most lack that "it" factor that makes me buy them below the $4000 mark, but when I saw that first year of the Iro-Miyabi they blew me away, in every color. The texture caught my attention at first, but the colors are somehow perfect. There is just something so pleasing about each of the colors.
I thought I would talk you the results of my experiment. The King of Pen can be eyedropper filled. Using a generous amount of silicone grease and the ring in the section, it works fine. I would recommend doing this only with the ebonite version. Like all the versions of the pen.
Is it worth buying sailor KOP fountains?what about build quality and writing experience of these fountains?any issues problems while using these fountains,
Excellent video, thank you. Much appreciate the writing sample.

Remarkable pens for their nibs, unique materials and finishes. A wonderful range.
Thanks for the history lesson on this particular dynasty.
Still going strong!

Like all the versions of the pen.
I'm glad it has worked well!
I think that's questionable, considering all the metal in the barrel that would come in contact with ink. Over time it will definitely corrode.
@@murkser4149 it's gold plated, so any corrosion should be minimized.
@@paulmchugh1430 Perhaps, but only time would tell. I am not going to risk my KOP to be fair.
Very nice 👍🙂

03:45 "...the same as all other Sailor nibs". That is incorrect, not all Sailor nibs are 21k gold.
