Your video was super helpful in us deciding to book a stay! Do you happen to remember what brands of alcohol they had at Ekinox? Any champagne?
They did have Don Julio and Patron for Tequila and Kettle One for Vodka. And, they did have champagne when we were there. The views are amazing!

How was the food?
The buffet was not great! But the two specialty dining choices were good!
