Our first national Championship in 1980 was around the exact moment "that I picked a football up for the first time" and decided I wanted to be like Herschel Walker. #34 was the best college football player in my lifetime.
UGA has 3 claimed National Championships (1942, 1980, 2021). They have 4 unclaimed National Championships (1920, 1927, 1946, 1968). This is not their first rodeos at all. Just been a while! 🏈😌😉... Maybe they'll start reeling in some the next few years or so.
