I'm surprised how you make your effort to find the themes of each boss, especially Kirby's series, although I wonder if you would try there to collect the themes of all the allies that came to the Star Allies DLC, that is, all their soundtracks including the by Morpho Knight (if we exclude Meta Knight, Dedede and Bandana Dee since Dedede has a lot of themes), I don't know if it's a good idea, but there you go.
I've always loved how simple yet tense MK's Super Star theme was, MK didn't need a loud and bombastic theme like Dedede's to declare he meant business, he's letting his skill do all the talking. And Super Star Ultra only improved on it further by adding more backbeat, making it more intense, there's no bad rendition of this dude's theme! Also, I love how Brawl's theme has the Kirby's Triumphant Return leitmotif mixed in with the other godly themes from Revenge of Meta Knight, to me it signals how he went from rival to mentor for Kirby. MK's themes being bangers is a requirement for a Kirby game
