就像我們很難分歐洲語言一樣，大眾的西語或法語還可以。但如果是波蘭語、捷克語、荷蘭語、克羅埃西亞語等，這些真的分不出來。
其實中文 算是 很容易分辨，因為全世界各地都有很多中國人，特別留學生，所以在學校裡 聽到中文 ，真的不驚訝
法、義、西、德這四個還是很好分辨的
斯拉夫語系諸如波蘭語、烏克蘭語、塞爾維亞語或斯洛伐克語就分不太出來了，對大多數台灣人而言可能都會猜是俄語😅。
為什麼很多人會猜韓語日語廣東話甚至台語，因為他們有很多詞也是同源只是發生音變，而且節奏也相似。
波蘭語的文法簡直就是 godzilla

@@kenmalaysia7440 語言發音這種東西，會隨著文化與時代而改變，依照與文學的標準，台灣腔不能說是錯誤，那是同一個語言分隔兩地後的必然結果。美國口音相對於正統英國英文，難道也是錯誤的嗎？五個正統英語國家，美國，加拿大，澳洲，紐西蘭，英國，口音都不一樣。更別說其他英國殖民地的英文，印度，新加坡等，口音更是五花八門。
口音腔調這種東西，沒有對錯，你只能說中國腔調是正統的，也就是更接近傳統的，但中國境內自己口音都五花八門沒有統一了，難道除了北京腔，其他都是錯誤的？
而中國當今的文字，是毛澤東為了文盲而改的，不是傳統的中文字。反而香港台灣使用的中文，才是正體中文。難道我們也要說，中國與馬來西亞使用的中文字是錯誤的？
純粹從語言學上探討而已，沒有要筆戰的意思。

Mandarim在清初時有了引申義：由單純指中國官員，變成兼指中國官員所說的語言，即中國官話。後來引申義變得比原義更通用。
我的一位馬來西亞朋友Tan Ze Kai提出，他中學的馬來文歷史課本稱殖民時代前的越南高官為golongan mandarin（mandarin階層），和葡人的文獻記載吻合。葡萄牙文學者德禮賢前引達爾加多的《葡亞詞彙》解釋道：「Mandarim: 遠東，尤其是中國的法官、高級官員。」
本詞從葡萄牙語進入歐洲其他語言。不是漢語詞，也不是像某些東方學家猜測的那樣在辭源上與葡語動詞mandar有關。是梵語及新亞利安（neo-arico）語mantarī的訛略形式（參議，大臣），其辭源是馬來語mǎntǎri（menteri）。t變爲d可能是受葡萄牙語 mandar（命令之意）的影響。我們的作家不用該詞指印度的大臣，而是稱馬來西亞、中國和安南的官員。
另一例證是英文creole（編注：混合語；克里奧語，意指一種以上的語言混合為一，並且有人以其為母語者，如台灣寒溪語為泰雅語與日語之混合）源自葡文crioulo，字根是criar（to raise, to bring up）。Crioulo原意是指在殖民地出生成長的葡萄牙人（或其他歐洲人）後裔，含混血人種（如澳門土生葡人），後引申為他們所說的混合語（如澳門土生葡語）（Crystal, 2005）。由此可知葡語有由人種引申為語言的習慣。
Taylor（1961）、Thompson（1961）和 Crystal（2005）等甚至認為所有混合語都來自一種十五世紀的葡萄牙混血語，而這種混合語可能源自名為Sabir的地中海共通語。伴隨葡萄牙的海外擴張，這種混合語傳播至非洲、亞洲及美洲，然後再與當地語言混雜。所以，並非這些土著語言和英語混合，而是這些語言和葡語的混合詞被英語化，如China和Mandarin的例子。
要知道，十五世紀至十七世紀初，最早海外探索的歐洲國家是葡萄牙並一度最有影響力，葡萄牙語當時的影響力亦可想而知。明末清初的來華傳教士之間亦是以葡語作共通語，當時明國人若要學歐洲語言，葡語絕對是首選。火者亞三和鄭芝龍等明國人就因與葡人通商而學會葡語，其中武宗正德皇帝更以向火者亞三學葡語為樂。若葡萄牙一直保持海上霸主地位的話，現在的國際通言很可能是葡語，而非英語。
