Sorry to say but if you are a woman you can watch all the self defense videos you want or you can even train with someone irl but there is absolute no chance you could KO a man. Buy an anti-aggression spray or something like that, it's cheap and easy to use

They can scream and run which is very effective . The scream brings attention and running well is self explanatory.
