Can't believe they edited out comb talk
So...typically matt, in tower defense games you want to place towers in the reverse order you did. Instead of starting where the enemies spawn, you want to first want to place towers closest to your base, and gradually expand outward and upgrade in that order.
You've given me a few ideas on how to approach this though

@@Potatoincanada201 in german language, nouns have capital letters. If you're used to both the english language and writing in german, you might not think about which lanugage you're writing in and mix up one language and the other ones grammar

I’m surprised you find wall plugs and hair dryers in bathrooms dangerous, mostly since the _engineers engineered ground fault interrupters._

@Checkered-Vaporwave it isn't sarcasm. Titles have to catch the viewers attention. Adding the game title makes the title too long and get cut off causing viewership to drop. It is a sitewide issue. Its all about clicks now.
Feels a bit cheaty really when you have to click to see what the game is.

It doesnt help that he always almost never puts down cannons as well. On top of all of that, when he does eventually put them down he puts them as far back as he can. RCE is still awesome tho.

It depends. Mortars are AOE so they have less damage but it is multiplied by how many units they hit.

1:23 well I'm pretty sure European houses tend to have a version of GFCI for the entire house so it's definitely not as bad as it could be.

Matt has this weird obsession with mortars in tower defense games. They're good for area attacks, but generally terrible against strong single targets and fast moving enemies. And also they almost always have minimum ranges which makes it so you should never put them in the frontlines like he's been doing.

Funny how no one has caught onto the fact that this guy isn't actually playing these games himself. He is having other people play it for him and then using that to upload to his channel.
Considering that these videos come in every day, with the amount of time playing them and then editing and then writing scripts and recording voice over there is no way this guy is doing all of this daily in addition to being a 'real civil engineer'.
I believe the real civil engineer bit comes from him having like a degree in civil engineering, and I think his strategy for daily uploads is he records like 5 vids in one day then edits them the next and then releasing them one at a time creating the illusion of daily uploads

If a channel has daily uploads either they are very new and thus super committed, which will ebb off over time or it is an entire team of people from sound to editing to scripting to brand face etc. etc.
What amazes me is how many people think their favorite YT channel is one person xD

It is him playing you dork, he was able to quit his job as an engineer years ago BECAUSE of the growing popularity on UA-cam. He was a highway engineer for over a decade.

It's hilarious that adults won't sit on the floor and use they're imaginations and play with toys, but will sit at a computer and simulate it.
