I've been boiling dumplings in an electric kettle during college. It's great! Moved to slightly pan searing them and then boiling them in the pan though... the dough of the dumpling cooking fulfils the broth they'll be cooking in beautifully. Still always wasted while cooking them.
You guys should do an episode where you make thai sausages. They have ones with fermented pork from Issan and other varieties with rice or vermicelli noodles inside. They deep fry them and they’re some of the best sausages in the world
I wanna see you use the whole breakfast sandwich ground up with the bulk. That would be a breakfast sandy sammy sausage. Sausage Egg & Cheese on an Toasted English Muffin stuffed in with bulk pork & bacon fat!

I would ha g out and talk food with you guys. I’m not a chef or a butcher, but I process my own deer and like to buy primal sand cut my own meat. I make my own sausage too. I made chorizo yesterday. It’s the easiest sausage. I’m making several pounds of various brats this spring for summer grilling fun. I would like to take one of your sausage classes because I only have a couple recipes and I would better like to know how to construct sausages on the fly so to speak.

You can just eat mozz by itself.
Freshly mozzarella can still contain a lot of lactic acid, which can irritate your mouth. It is definitely not the taste that bothers him.

Technically old boy had soy sauce which is another good source of salt. So he still had the level playing field.
