You are the straight up no BS reviewer. Thank you. Please don’t change how you review cars. I don’t care what everyone else does differently. Keep your style man.
One of the few reviewers that will review a trim other than the top level...love it!
Those "LED Lights" in the 3rd Row are actually sensors that can alert you on your phone with the UVO app to alert you if it detects motion inside the car in case you left the dog or kid inside.
You are without a doubt the vehicle review content king!!!! As a hospital worker I have never been so stressed out in my life during these crazy times, your videos give me some joy in my days as I can forget what is happening in the world for a few minutes!! We love you Joe Raiti !! You tha best !!
@DJDRNATE We truly appreciate your tireless service & sacrifice!
@@darylharvey2865 Thank you my friend !!
Great review! I got this same model and trim level two months ago and I couldn't be happier with it. Such a great value and Kia really did a great job all around with the design. I continue to be blown away by how quiet and smooth is drives. Highly recommend it! Thanks for doing a review on something other than a fully loaded top level trim package!!!
do you still like your kia after a year? Any issues? Thanks!
This guy is hilarious 😂. I’ve never had so much fun watching a review.
He's the only car reviewer I'll watch.
I agree! I paused it so many times and went to play parts for my husband 😂
This dude cracks me up! I really enjoy his videos and yes I ordered this S model a few months back and still waiting for delivery but it’s ok I learned patience some yrs back when I special ordered my Harley, it should be worth waiting for too, anyway great job amigo!
I give you a 10 for this great review. Excellent information as always Mr. Raiti. You Sir are the best!
I'm loving it something a working class family could afford and not your mother's station wagon. Nice looking vehicle with a great review
The trim of Telluride that Joe drove last year was sick and the price was about the same. Loving that more than the S.
Gareth Hood that one was fully loaded.
Loaded is 10k more than the S.
This first generation vehicle will be the only one that will be loaded with all the trim levels because “they want you to “tell your ride” to people” after that they will start removing trim levels and the “telling” has already happened.
'selluride' 😂great.
Mann i just admire the way you present all the stuffs... Just perfect as a reviewer.. Full of information combined with a bit fun 👍
My sister bought that exact same model and color, amazing!! 😍 I like how he reviews Tellurides, I can tell he loves that SUV.
Thank u for the variety, awesome vid as usual. 💘 Kia. Keep it up Joe 👍
I just found your channel but you do an amazing job at detailing every little facet of the car and making it simple to understand! definitely subscribing and appreciate your hard work!
Man this guy's personal vehicle must be overflowing with peanut m&ms
You may be right! LOL
"Pretty much smag dab in the center" THIS is why I love this guy.
Thank you so much Joe for all your videos; it really helps make time pass in dealing with what we're all going through.
Onto the topic, I prefer the Telluride but would most likely get a Palisade when the time comes; my wife likes the design better (of course, it would be for her as well).
Be safe.
Raiti's Ride is hilarious....and great, comprehensive review of the Telluride. Thank you!
Just got the S model AWD in black a couple weeks ago and I LOVE IT!!!! Wife got the 2021 Seltos Turbo on the same day and it’s really nice too.
YYYYEEEEESSSSSS!!!!! MY DREAM CAME TRUE!!!!!! 10:31 FIRST TIME I AM SEEING IN DEPTH YOUR LEGS FOR REFERENCE OF THIRD ROW VEHICLES!!!! BECAUSE I AM 6’ 1” 🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥 THAT IS GOOD QUALITY CONTENT. THAT’S EHAT I AM TALKING ABOUT. SORRY FOR THE CAPS. I AM SO EXCITED!!!!! 😃😃😃😃💖💖💖💖💖💖💖 KEEP IT UP RAITI!!!!! YYYAAAAASSSSSSS
Had one to test months ago and my wife still asks about it. By far the best SUV in the class in my opinion. Great comparison! 👍🏻
This guy is all about his snacks!! Love it! Have been following the Telluride for forever!! Thinking about leasing it and turning my explorer in.
$36k for this?
No wonder why these SUVs are flying off the dealer lots.
But what is so amusing about an SUV? I don't get it......but I drive sports cars
Johnny Parker my personal favorite is the fact that I was able to move into my apartment in just two trips using my Tahoe, couch included. Then when I was done I picked up 7 of my friends and we went out to dinner, lol.
Johnny Parker Because you can fit dozen of car seats with many family members on 7 seaters and strollers on sport car?
Mine"s been great,11k,not one problem.12 mpg towing,21 to 26 solo.
Johnny Parker family loves big SUVs
It's built in West Point, Georgia. Lotta folks don't know there is more to Georgia than Atlanta.
It's also named after a place called Telluride in Colorado.
Gotta say, competition is fierce in the Mid-sized SUV market. I've been hoping for that blind spot camera that Kia has in their gauge cluster. That's a game changer 👌🏼
Great vid, Joe!
The Hyundai Palisade has an even better execution of that blind spot camera. Has a full 12" digital dash. The center of the speedometer shows the driver side camera view and the center of the tachometer shows the passenger side camera view.
@@wbwayne8887 Yeah I saw that earlier! Basically Kia, Hyundai, and Genesis have the camera feature! 😂👌🏼
I think it's only the SX has the blind spot cam
Victor Le, that's only on the SX top trim. And on the Pallisade as well.
The food references sold me on your review channel🤣. Will want to see a higher model because dual temp control is a necessity for our family trips.
Just purchased this same vehicle (same color and trim also) yesterday and I've learned more about it from watching this video than in the several hours spent at the dealership!
Best video I’ve seen so far!!!!
Thank you so much for this video Joe!!! 😃
You are so very welcome Brendon!
Looks like a great vehicle Joe! Great review.
Thanks for letting me share it with you!
Kia and Hyundai are on fire Raiti..thumbs up brother!!😁😁
"Eco mode, huh a tree!" Love it Joe!
CASTI617 thanks for letting me share some laughs.
Raiti's Rides Forget the trees man... screw that... hug Joe! He brings us awesome and consistent content!
I want to upgrade from my BELOVED Kia Soul to this Telluride lol, I know I'll need it as my kids get bigger, and this will allow me to haul my brothers too!
Hey buddy as always great 👍🏻 review I like it thanks 🙏
Looks good I been debating on an SUV might have to go check this out
I love that they review all trips while considering price point
Thanks!
I love my Telluride SX. Always been a Kia fan coming from 2 fortes a 2010 and 16, 2011 sportage and two sorentos 2014 and 2016.
That white and those Heart Shaped Wheels look great!! 💖
Great!! review joe!!👍👍
Excellent presentation, Joe. The biggest "zonk" most consumers experience with the Telluride is simply purchasing one as a result of crushing demand and limited supply. The problem began a year ago when KIA planned to produce a total of 41,000 vehicles in the first calendar year. Based on past experience that was a relatively optimistic projection but it came nowhere near the the demand when the Telluride was introduced. The problem was then compounded by KIA dealers who weren't used to a deluge of customers willing to pay $45K for a KIA. So when dealers placed orders they over-ordered the lowest trim "S" model and severely under-ordered the SX/PP top trim models. Waiting lists soon stretched to six months or longer. KIA did what they could to increase production. In the first 10 months of production, dealers sold 58,000 vehicles but still couldn't keep up with demand.
The response from many dealers was to add "market adjustment" stickers to their vehicles. It's a shortsighted strategy and KIA discourages the practice but there is nothing a manufacturer can do to prohibit it since KIA's customers are not consumers. They're independent dealers who are free to set their own retail price. Fortunately, some dealers have resisted the temptation to gouge their customers but the result is mainly to lengthen the waiting list for Tellurides at those dealers. Such is the price of "free enterprise." :)
On another topic, now that your numbskull governor has finally imposed a statewide "stay at home" policy I suspect we won't be seeing as much of you for a while, Joe. The good news on that score, though, is you and Lori are somewhat more likely to remain healthy. Take care. I'll look forward to seeing your reviews when the world returns to normal.
We bought a Telluride S 4wd....I agree with every thing this guy has said....No hype. We LOVE the car. It is comfortable, rides nice, lots of space. Actually there are so many amazing features to mention. We purchased to travel, and it does a great job with space and the seats fold down flat. Love Love!
Congrats Susan! Thanks for sharing that!
"This is a real life situation..." 😂
If I am looking to replace my 2016 Highlander XLE today, I would definitely consider this Kia.
I own a SXP model with all the options. It is a great SUV and awesome value.
This video gave me a huge woodie and it was extra special with my Twinkie and skittles at my side.
Adam Burchett heck yeah!
Adam for the win today!!! LOLOLOLOLOLOL
Love it looks great 🙌🙌🔥🔥
Joe's reviews are a breath of fresh air 👍🏾
Webster Kollie thanks my friend!😎👍🏻
Nice love it...looking into leasing one in 2022 when my lease is up , looking to get the White on white....Can't wait to test drive......
Better order one now Fran, cuz that’s how long you’ll be waiting for delivery!
I love your reviews, and helped me decide to buy this car.
It really is a sharp looking SUV. For my money its all about that Moss Green Top trim level. Still great bang for the buck no matter how you slice it. Keep it up Capt Content !
I love how you mention all kinds of snacks! Lol 😜
It reminded me of the Collinin and the should of went with 2 exaust, and maybe with 350 hp with lowed suspension and a longer spoiler but in black.thats what you call a sport tulluride👌🏾👍🏾
"should have gone"
"Selluride" lmao
Ju Ko yes sir!
Excellent presentations all the time
Wow Kia is really stepping up it's game! That's a nice SUV! Amazing review Joe and Tom! 😎👊🏼
“Coldcut combo”, I love it!
I just bought a 2020. It is amazing. I love the sport mode when its just me in the car (family car) it goes FAST. Smooth ride , quite engine. It feels like a Cadillac.
I am so glad that you are enjoying yours.
The way this man describes storage space speaks to my soul
Great car the S model. I just bought one myself. Doesn’t have all the bling as the EX or SX but It serves my needs. This review was my decision maker.
That is so awesome David! Thank you for letting me share it with you!
Did you pay MSRP?
Great video. Hilarious too nice job. Totally filling the compartments with M&Ms lol
I love the sense of humor!
Thank you Marco for letting me share the laughs with you!
Thanks for the laugh with the "oh crap" handles! Nice car. Great review!
I am so glad that I could share it with you!
I caught the remix of "Oh Blank! handle" 🙂
Nice Review Please Stay Safe Joe! God Bless
This car kills all the other competition in looks and value. I want to get one for my wife to complement my Stinger. =)
Wow. Ur winning at life . Cheers !
acidnut you are so right!
tell her to get it herself, you've done enough haha
The new Sorento looks great too, coming soon.
How’s the Stinger? Every time I see one it stands out, sharp looking car!
He is so funny with those snacks. This is my dream car for sure
We got the S model with 8 seats with a beige and black interior. Best buy of 2020 🔥🙌🏼🙌🏼🙌🏼
This is one good as review no bias good job 👍 he a funny guy as well
We just got ours! We special ordered our Telluride S model 8 freakin months ago and it just came in last week! Actually this is the wife’s newby in dark moss and the two tone black and light gray which is closer to a off white to me, interior which really pops! But , while I do like the dark moss, it does seem to change color depending on the light, when it’s cloudy it’s more of a green hornet ( dark green), when it’s sunny, you see the olive in it, but what’s really strange is at times when the light is so so, it’s a bronze color?? Which has been pointed out by others( it’s not in my head) But looks good as bronze! Anyway it drives great and makes the neighborhood a little classier I might add, lol !
I have the S, and love it. I do have some upgrades. I got rid of the captain chairs, and have a full row, that fits 3 teenagers perfectly. My brother is 6’5 and can fit in the 3rd row. I also added controls for my garage, darken my back rows windows a little more. Plus I have 20 inch wheels instead of the standard 18 inch. It put me over 40k, but it was well worth it.
Thanks for sharing that great input from your ownership! I really appreciate you watching!
ronnie fea damn 29 inch that must sit pretty high
krob215 Lol!! I meant 20 inch wheels.
This car is absolute gorgeous !! and its cleaner than a lot of cars I've seen you review at double the price. It's cleaner, Nicer and have more accessories. Kia has definitely come a Long way and if I was car shopping g this vehicle would definitely be on my list.
Bid enough for my charcuterie platter! Love the Telluride.
My whole life I never considered buying a Kia/Hyundai but when the Telluride came out I thought it looks better than even luxury brand vehicles. Whoever designed the Telluride basically designed a better looking Chevy Tahoe and it's a medium sized which makes it more fuel efficient. I'm actually considering especially the amazing value for 36k nothing else gives you this much.
Tried to buy a Telluride but they're impossible to come by, so we went with a Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited. Very good-looking car. Probably a better fit since we don't have any kids but I still think the Telluride is the best value of any SUV on the market.
This dude really likes his snacks... I'm envisioning leaving all those peanut M&M's in the cargo space after a nice hot summer day... Otherwise great review of a mid-level trim!
Thanks Charlie for letting me share it all with you!
WCOTY 2020
Telluride = Selluride 👌
💐👍
This is growing on me
This is as close to the Telluride EX for the Canadians, however we do get tri-zone climate control, larger infotainment display with navi system. However we're stuck with a mid-row bench.
Nice one...waiting you get hand on the new sorento.. regards
Three years ago today! Planning to buy it!
Best suv for the price. Hands down. S trim gives you the best options for your money as well
You are so very right about that!
what's your daily driver Joe?? great video again, "Banditos Doritos" :D lol
Bought the S trim “S-elluride” if you will. Loved it for all these reasons, sad that I can’t drive it as often as I would under normal societal conditions, but I love staring at it from my window.
Something that he touched lightly on that I have to emphasize- speaker sound quality. They aren’t on the same level as the high end trim speakers of some cars, but they more than get the job done. Music is a must when I’m driving and I love the sound quality out of these stock speakers. Just another tick on where they didn’t skimp on lower trims in quality. Getting double takes wherever I take it, I am so glad I was able to purchase this as my first ever brand new car. (I’m in my mid-thirties, family of 4)
I definitely like this ride. You could purchase a slightly used Lexus RX350 for the same price, which is probably how I would go.
Good looking truck, thank you. It would look even better with a light interior and some wood trim 😛
Joe, ive watched all your videos on the telluride and pallisade. Which one do you like? limited vs the SX?
Damn my next ride, i love Kia, got a 2006 kia sedona best car i ever owned... time to get me something new...,
You my spirit animal!!
I love peanut M&M’s!!
I need a vehicle to store my peanut M&M’s 🥰🥰🥰
Hey Joe, try to see if u can review the Ram 1500... I drove one the other day from Florida to GA... Really, really nice Truck...im not even a truck guy...😅
Don't remember the actual trim level.
I think it was the 2020 Bighorn...yep...thats it!😎👍
You should research the 2009 - 2011 Kia Borrego. I have had mine since 2009 and it still runs strong. It has a 4.6 V8 and most of today's options, other than high technology. It was Kia's first venture into modern can network and drive by wire. It is still made but not imported into North America. It is a body on frame unit and seats 7. Over all it has been a good unit, but now is becoming an orphan. I have no idea what I might replace it with, the Telluride, like most, does not have a frame. Thank You - just for information.
4runner for me and my wife owns this, it’s like eating at that favourite hole in the wall restaurant that you’ve been going for years = 4runner, having a nice steak dinner date at a steakhouse = telluride.
Thanks for sharing that great input from your ownership.
Does the S only seat 7? Love your video, by the way - it is a really nice SUV.
Got the 2021 freaking LOVE IT!!
Congrats! It is a great SUV!
Joe, I want a minivan because of the USABLE interior space. My wife hates minivans. Is the interior space of the Telluride somewhat comparable to that of say, a Honda Odyssey?
Para cuando la nueva Sorento 2021, que veo que esta espectacular , saludos desde varadero
Have you reviewed the Hyundai Palisade? Is it on par with the Telluride?
KIA Telluride is the best midsize suv around, quality, low price, equipment, warranty and of course looks the best. More rugged and luxurious that even a Palisade. It won’t break down prematurely like your Range Rover or Jeep. I’m waiting to buy a used one for about $27k but for now eyes on the Stinger GT. lol
Come on valleys and alleys and cold cut combo lol. I think I would get one of these if I was in the market for a vehicle this size.
Great Job as always Joe! However, I have to zonk the headlights for not being LED. That downgrades their safety rating. There's no real excuse this day and age to not have LEDs across all trim levels - Safety first Kia...
I totally understand where you are coming from.
Was thinking about getting the new pathfinder but this suits me and my family more. I’m going with the Telluride S AWD…
