So this is about a subscriber's Volkswagen Polo TDI who came all the way from Ghaziabad to get his car serviced and get the EGR issue sorted.
There was continues check engine light glowing because EGR wasn't working properly. So we serviced the car,
cleaned the EGR properly, plus also checked the suspension and found out that right front shocker was leaked and needed to be changed. Along with the shocker we also changed the control arm's bushes, shocker mounts and jumping rod's bush. Finally after all things were done we scanned the car and removed the error code of EGR and didn't come back.

mere pas wgon r k series 2011 model he..in future aage ke lower arm ke bhus kharab hote he to kya pura lower arm replace karna achha he ya..bhush badal sakte he
Agar sirf bush kharab hai toh sirf bush change kar sakte hai... But agar arm ki goli kharab hai then puri arm change karni padegi
Hii I had changed all lower are bushes 6 months back including link rod and shock absorbers and steering rack and the clucking noise started again do you have any idea what might be the problem
Could be arm ball joints or something that u got replaced has worn out again!

Will it compromise the quality in any way , if we just replace bushes?
We just replace the bushes... There won't be any issues. However is arm ball joint has worn out then we need to change the whole arm. Coz it's attached to the arm permanently

It's always recommended to change in pair but if you don't have the budget for it then you can change one.

Yes normal hote hai... But agar scratches zada deep ho toh disc turning karwa leni chahiye

Bhai mere vento mein bhi egr ka issue aa raha hai aur check ingine light bhi aa rahi hai. Kya main gadi ko chala sakta hun kya aur egr cleaning ka charge kitna hai
Chala sakte ho but zada high rpm mat kheenchna... Try to keep it under 2-3 rpm... Cleaning charge is 2500/-

Normal service labour is 1000
And yes you can bring your own oil... We don't have any issues with that 🙂

Ideally shockers should be replaced in pairs/both sides ...else alignment ka issue ho sakta hai and in rear wheel drive or all wheel drive differential k issue b aa sakte

Usually hydraulic clutch gets hard no matter what... Even if the clutch plate it fine... Though some reason are... Air in fluid line... Slave cylinder or master cylinder not working properly... Or pressure plate gone hard.

Hi what would be the charges for Front Shokers and EGR cleaning? And can we clean egr without fault code?
Front shockers will be approx 5k for pair... VW original and since you're changing shocker then shocker mounts replacement is also needed with new shocks... So mounts will be around 1600 (aftermarket)
Labour for this would be 1500-1700
And it not recommended to clean egr without any fault

EGR clean ki full video bnao or bhi parts hote hai jo clean hote hai egr ke sath.
Egr and intake manifold clean hota hai... But that's upto the client. Ki unko kya karwana hai

Depends on the size of the disc... Usually 600-700 for pair for polo/vento
