Nobody Had Eaten HALF of This Undefeated 8lb "Lizzie" Scottish Fry Up Breakfast Challenge!!

A&Z #1106 - Professional eater Randy Santel versus The Elizabethan's Undefeated "Lizzie" Full Scottish Fry Up Breakfast Challenge hosted by The Elizabethan located in Dunfermline, Fife, Scotland of the United Kingdom!! After finishing up our 2-week Northern Ireland Tour, @KatinaEatsKilos and I spent 3 weeks exploring most of the major cities and areas around Scotland. During our travels, I attempted 12 Scottish man vs food restaurant challenges. For eating challenge event #9, we headed from Edinburgh to The Elizabethan in Dunfermline, Fife, Scotland so I could attempt their massive and undefeated 8+ pound "Lizzie" Full Scottish Fry Up Breakfast Challenge which is Scotland's largest breakfast food challenge currently available. The challenge has been offered for many years and over 40 people have attempted it. Unfortunately, nobody had come close to finishing half of everything within the 45 minute time limit. This massive "Lizzie" breakfast fry up includes 5 full slices of toast (10 halves), 10 fried or scrambled eggs, 10 rashers of Scottish bacon, 10 locally sourced sausages, 10 Scottish Lorne sausages, 10 fried hash browns, 10 mushrooms, 5 grilled tomatoes (10 halves), and 800 grams of baked beans. Brave challengers must also finish a cup of coffee or tea as well. I was trying to become the first person to finally conquer the undefeated "Lizzie" fry up breakfast challenge and win my £30 meal free plus a spot on the Wall of Fame. The Elizabethan's "Lizzie" Scottish Fry Up Breakfast Challenge in Dunfermline, Fife, Scotland (£30):
- The Elizabethan is named after the daughter of James VI, Elizabeth Stuart (Queen of Bohemia), who was born in Dunfermline Palace on 19th August 1596.
- The Elizabethan has been offering this massive "Lizzie" Full Scottish Fry Up Breakfast Challenge weighing over 8lbs/3.64kg for many years, and nobody had come close to finishing it all within the 45 minute time limit. More than 40 people tried and failed miserably, leaving this challenge undefeated before my valiant attempt.
- This massive "Lizzie" breakfast fry up includes 5 full slices of toast (10 halves), 10 fried or scrambled eggs, 10 rashers of Scottish bacon, 10 locally sourced sausages, 10 Scottish Lorne sausages, 10 fried hash browns, 10 mushrooms, 5 grilled tomatoes (10 halves), and 800 grams of baked beans. The tasty challenge also includes a cup of coffee or tea and there is a 45 minute time limit to finish everything.
