Onwards and upwards gentlemen. Outstanding effort from you both, shown some true grit there fellas. One to go bud, last big push mate. Felt so sorry for you that I had to have a glass of wine for you👍 Regards Moose
Thank you. Yes we were both struggling quite a bit on this day. Warren had some problems with his feet, and had to nurse himself along. We went pretty slow, but mile after mile we got closer. one more day to go.. get you're wine ready!
Seriously fair play to you both for pushing on all the way to the start of the Seven Sisters cliffs - and with an injury. I remember that lovely view of the Cuckmere river after those long stairs and getting over that wall. Lovely. Both doing so well. Can't wait for the final episode. 👍

We both struggled on this day.. after the day before distance both of us were really struggling. close to the end now though, no stopping me by this point.
No pain no gain .. obviously you both gained a lot these past couple of days. Scenic countryside typical farmers working long hours while ever there's daylight. Great milestone reached shorter day coming that's the good news. Well done guys. Bushyboy Oz.
Fantastic day we had before and, today in this video, we pushed on to a lovely camping spot. We did well mate, and yes, we did, just get on with it! :)
God those stairs at seven sisters. Did those about 7 years ago with my wife and our dearly departed faithful dog Yorkie, who died far too young. He was always such a great hiking companion and i miss him loads every day still. I remember those steps so well as i was poorly for months at the time and iagnosed the following week with double pneumonia! Never been able to face those steps again!!! Really loved this series. Just 6 years from retirement and the south downs is a target in my first year of freedom 😂 thank you for allowing us to accompany you on your journey!
I didn't know your furry friend but I know the emotional attachment you enjoyed and the loss you felt. One of the greatest joys known to man and pain suffered. The good always outweighs the bad on reflection. Peace my friend.
I knew they were coming, having walked down them the previous year.. but they were still extremely unpleasant! I'm sorry for the loss of your friend. I had a similar experience with my very first Boxer. it takes a long time to get over. Thank you for watching, I'm glad you have been enjoying this series.. one more part to go! I hope you get to walk this downs once you have the time. I truly loved being out walking like this. it has been my first long distance trail and I have already started thinking about another one.
Watched them all. Thank you. I cycled down there from Liverpool with my brother in 1980 aged 15 and stayed in YHA all the way. Double Denim and Embassy Regal. Kids today aren't allowed to live.
Thanks mate, really appreciate you watching my channel, and I hope you have been enjoying this series. (and thank you for your kind words to Richsmart about his dog)
It was agonizing watching you push through the pain and carry on Dan, been there, done that! You're a beast to keep going but with the finish in sight I know you'll make it and will have achieved another bucket list adventure. It looked at times that Warren might have been struggling a tad bit, maybe just the camera angle but hope no issues for him. See you for the final push and celebration.
Thank you. Yes we were both struggling quite a bit on this day. Warren had some problems with his feet, and had to nurse himself along. We went pretty slow, but mile after mile we got closer.
Darn that sucks about your ankle. Too bad there wasn't any Epsom salts. That would help bring the swelling down. You might want to keep things like the elastic sport bandage. Maybe soak your ankle in a creek along the way. Take care man 😮
Firle becon is a bitch of a hill even worse if u have an ankle injury ok when at the top Iv done the 7 sisters a few times awesome walk but constantly going up and down all the way to Eastbourne Doing the sdw is on my bucket list hopefully do it in the next few years
I'd hate to be your doctor 😂 Mavis: "Mr CLB is on the phone again Dr Proctor" Dr Proctor: "Covid? Some sort of cough? A germ? Hangover?" Mavis: "No Doctor he's got a hurty ankle ... and get this doc, he's put a see through bandage on it" "Dr Proctor 😂😂😂 Tell him to man up and get on with it"
We've all felt your pains, well done for ploughing on. The up and down hard hard terrain not feet and leg friendly. Brave soldiers both of you. Thoroughly enjoying ❤

I didn’t . do Seven Sitters because I was on my bike, think I may have to go back so I can walk them. Great walking
its a lovely stretch to finish off the walk.

This was probably the hardest day. getting to the cliffs was such a relief.
Welldone fellas. Battlecworn but still going.
Thanks Dano.
Last day has just gone up 👍
❤
Great effort and fortitude shown by our gallant, if slightly errant, knights.
Thanks mate, it was a struggle of a day.

Almost there buddy, tomorrow you'll be finished Dan @CampLifeBushcraft good effort the two of you 👏 don't think I could do it mate 👍
It was a struggle this day. But getting to the cliffs was amazing. felt good to sleep and know we were finished in the morning.
So the UK end to end trail is next on the list? 🍻
That might bit a stretch.. but we have had some conversations about other long distance trails : )

it had been on my list for a year or two. I've walked little bits of it. nothing compares to doing it in one go though.
Get planning Kev.
