2. It's not easy, but it has to be done. If you don't do it, then who will.
3. Discipline will take you places where motivation can't.
4. If you put your mind, body, and soul into it, it is possible.
5. 6 hours of sleep is more than enough.
-- just keep going, it will all make sense one day. people your age are sleeping, while you are working.
-- keep going until you can say, yes, bring on the challenge, for every subject.
-- you want to be ahead of the pack because you'll be able to do your own thing.
-- when you find yourself with time at school, use that time. try to complete all your homework before you get home so you can study when you get home.
-- study sessions with groups. be willing to learn. do not have pride.

This is highly motivating. I'm in gr 11 and my marks aren't bad (low 80 average every term) but they are still sitting in the same place mainly due to procrastination when i feel overwhelmed. This video inspires me❤

Hello Koketso hope this message finds you well. I'm heading to metric this year and you have no idea how much your video opened a new perspective. I personally believe the lord is working through you and trust that a major part of my efforts will revolve around your video. I just need a little more advise on how can I stay ahead avoiding a situation where i started with trig but we are busy with functions so now I'm stuck with 2 topics but otherwise God willing I'll see you at UCT!!
don’t move on to another topic if you haven’t mastered the one you are working on . that way you make sure you are too good at EVERYTHING .. and being ahead will allow you to stay calm even when the class catches up with you .. but at the end of the day , you know what you are doing ❤️🫵🏽!

Awe Koketso probably you wont see this but, i wanna thank you for this video man. Last year i failed six modules out of 8. in my whole entire academic career i never gotten a distinction for accounting but this semester i got my first distinction for financial accounting which was 76%. i studied during December holidays to redeem myself. Thank you man.

I finished my Grade 11 I'm currently on my Journey to Grade 12 and for my summer plans I'm preparing for Grade 12, so the things that you mentioned in your video about studying early and that suffering one year and enjoying for the rest of your life are the things I was already telling myself before I watched you just made it clear and explained why it's important for me , I feel as if I'm on the right path and I hope that's the case thank you for inspiring me with your high school story I will definitely apply most your tips and by the way I think ATP stands for Annual Teaching Plan and I will also make your report MY wallpaper .Thank you once more throughtout my matric year i will continue to watch your videos.

I cannot believe I am only seeing this video now. Hi koketso, I am currently in grade 11 and I am truly inspired by your achievements. My term 4 grade 11 marks are currently sitting around the same marks you got for both math's and physics, and I truly want that to change. My dream since grade 8 has always been to do medicine, and here's the thing, every last term of the year I have always gotten and APS of above 36, however grade 11 has been one of my biggest downfalls. But as I said I am determined to turn the tables around and through this video I feel encouraged that my dream is highly possible to achieve. Although I do have one question, how was it possible for you to get into medicine, what was the process like?
there is actually a twist to what course im studying .. which i will explain in a video at the beginning of the year

Hy koketso...your video is very motivating I won't lie cause my dream was to also become a doctor but i couldn't becauseI got 54 in maths and 53 in physics last yr 2022...I tried to study in December but I found myself dropping from 50 percent to 39 percent ...now I am in term 2 I tried to do a self introspection...tried to write down the mistakes I made ...and I am even coming to a point whereby I become dismotivated and I just told myself that I am going to fail matric 😢so would u please help me with study tips maybe I can pick one then try it❤

You know, Koketso iam at a difficult possession,since i began my Grade 10 journey,i choose Math's, physics, mechanical and EGD,i managed to achieve a distinction in EGD,I only passed mechanical and physics but Maths was not good,this is my final term,i could firmly say that oit of 3 of the other terms i managed to pass probably 1,so after watching Your video iam struggling to dicide continuing with Math's in grade 11 or go to Math's lit,at the same time iam really motivated by your experiences, achievements, dedication,hard work and learning not to give up

i promise you it was exactly as i said there in the video .. i was forever studying cause i had nothing to do .. i had no girlfriend. and i don’t drink alcohol and all .. so there weren’t too many exciting things about December cause even my friends were away on holiday 😩😭!!

Because i am in grade 11 going to grade 12 and i cant really buy books rn😢 so is it a good choice to write on an exam pad ? I had a lot of hope in what i was going cause i was using the exam guideline and the textbooks we used at school .. so the book I used during the holidays was the book i used throughout my grade 12 year

My grade 11 marks are just not it and everyone keeps on saying I have to apply using them nonetheless😭
Hii . yes i did apply with my grade 11 and 12 results . See , the thing is that with universities like UCT they require your grade 11 final results when you apply , and then every term you keep sending in your term reports .. until they receive your final exam results of matric , and then make you a final offer when your results come out after grade 12 📍! Hope This Helps ❤️😊

Like for instance let's say I wanna do BDS but I have a 40 in Maths on the grade 11 report and the minimum requirements are 60% and above, but then let's say I decide to pull my socks up in grade 12 and do really well, what's gonna happen then, would they still consider giving me the offer? Or they would reject me njerh dismally 😅

Uhm so you would have to pull a miracle .. like I did .. come back from the dead and all of a sudden be consistently getting some really high marks .. and it shouldn’t be for one term only (cause it will seem fishy) it should be a thing of every term you either improve or keep the same standard .!
And they just might accept you .. just might . but universities like UP will reject you based on your grade 11 and they don’t have time to be waiting on you to pull a stunner in matric .. but nna I pulled a very serious stunner in matric and here I am in UCT , I was accepted at some other universities as well , like Stellies and Wits .

this highly depends on your learning style . cause nna personally i practised using textbook examples during the holidays . and with theory i PERSONALLY find everything easier when i know every single corner of the concept .. but that’s just me thou
