I applied for Medicine at UFS ( the process tho -😭 i had to go for a medical check up and had some documents my principal had to sign)

@musambolekwa7 listen .. just listen . and ask yourself questions about what you don’t understand . ask the teacher questions as well..
then after the lesson you sit down and try answering all the questions you’ve had throughout the class ❤️!
@@iamkoketso3264 also how did you balance multiple subjects at once making sure to keep a high standard in all of them?
I've been slacking like real bad term 1 and term 2(physics and maths), any advice? I really wanna get distinctions for my prelims but I just don't know where to start. And if I improve with my prelims and finals is there a chance that I might get a distinction for both subjects?
My physics is level 5 both terms and maths is 4,thing is I know I'm capable I just don't know where to start. Maths and physics are always the lowest on my report and it's tarnishing my average!
@@karabocatherine804 Hey Guys, if you don't mind me helping u guys. Its opposite for me, maths and physics are always my best. What I can advice you is to go to Mlungisi Nkosi now! He explains well. Do sections, not everything, than do past paper questions of that section. Eg, Vertical Projectile motion at Mlungisi Nkosi, than look at the questions at testpapers.com. I wish you luck!

U being here is a good sign that u want to improve,,start by reflecting on which topics exactly you struggle most with and which u find easier and create a list ,,start with the topic u are weakest at and use your resources as much as possible to learn different POV's to the same topic. Ask a friend who understands to give u an explanation or better yet a teacher ,when u ask questions be very specific ,you must know exactly what u dont understand so u get it corrected.
Focus more on learning from past papers,dont spend too much time trying to review theory ,theory is important to know but learning how theu ask questions from past papers will tell u exactly what part of the theory u need to know ,its important to understand the "why" to everything u do in math and physics,dont mindlessly do something just because "thats how your teacher did it" ,if u seek a genuine understanding you'll make less mistakes

If i may ask. Is it possible to apply for nursing at UFS in January ( late application) and in March i apply again for medicine for the following year? Will i be accepted?

@@iamkoketso3264 im currently a second year med student...when would you say is the right time to start a youtube channel and any advice for an aspiring med student youtuber like me?😅
anytime you think you have time . but with the course you are studying i highly doubt you do. UA-cam will need an awful lot of your time if you are to do it right. it takes more of your time as a start up because you aren’t used to the editing and all the work of producing a UA-cam video as of yet .. but there is no PERFECT time . it’s the same thing if you start it now and if you start it next week . it’s the same thing
the only difference is how much time and effort you are willing to put into it .
