Way to go Luis! I was at that spot on Saturday but did not get any bass. Went to another spot on Sunday and got the same combo as you did - a bigger sand bass and a smaller calico, on the same cast. Would be nice if you can show some tips on how you reel in and handle snags in the reefs.

The swamis is a marine reservation .you can’t pic bait can’t use get sand crabs from that spot you can take san crabs from other beach it is allowed can’t pick mussels or collect rocks any live like crabs or structures are protected. But fishing it is allowed to fish from the shore also it allow get some kind of fish but not all of them . Bass its legal to get . Also it is not allowed fish on any floating thing not allow to use a surf board to fish or a boat . d Uses It is unlawful to injure, damage, take, or possess any living, geological, or cultural marine resource for commercial and/or recreational purposes, with the following specified exceptions: Recreational take by hook-and-line from shore is allowed. The recreational take by spearfishing of white seabass and pelagic finfish (*) is allowed. Take pursuant to beach nourishment and other sediment management activities and operation and maintenance of artificial structures inside the conservation area is allowed pursuant to any required federal, state and local permits, or as otherwise authorized by the Department. * Pelagic finfish are defined here as: northern anchovy (Engraulis mordax), barracudas (Sphyraena spp.), billfishes* (family Istiophoridae), dolphinfish (Coryphaena hippurus), Pacific herring (Clupea pallasii), jack mackerel (Trachurus symmetricus), Pacific mackerel (Scomber japonicus), salmon (Oncorhynchus spp.), Pacific sardine (Sardinops sagax), blue shark (Prionace glauca), salmon shark (Lamna ditropis), shortfin mako shark (Isurus oxyrinchus), thresher sharks (Alopias spp.), swordfish (Xiphias gladius), tunas (family Scombridae) including Pacific bonito (Sarda chiliensis), and yellowtail (Seriola lalandi). *Marlin is not allowed for commercial take.

Sometimes fish likes shrimp sometimes them likes fish it is better use two different baits. Sure next time i will do a video thank you .

You need just the regular salt water fishing
