This interview is wonderful. Patsy has so very much to share, and Andy asks great questions to enable that to happen. The wisdom and wit is timeless! Indeed, what gifts God has given you both!
Absolutely FANTABULOUS!! To see these two gifted, empowering and deeply caring individuals together again is such a HUGE blessing! Andy, who I first learned about at a Women of Faith weekend, and Patsy Clairmont, who I had seen and always looked forward to at the WoF weekends, both amazing speakers, but more than that, encouragers, who touch thousands (surely millions if not trillions by now) of lives. Their books have places of honor on my bookshelves so that I can refer to them again and again. Then I order additional ones as needed to share with others. I praise and thank the Lord for you both!!
Patsy is soo authentic & real on the stage as well as living her life… Her mercies and talented gift of connection in a Biblical way to entertain & heal with the humor can only be GIFTs from GOD the Creator She is a treasure 🕊🤍🕊
One year, a friend invited me to attend a Women of Faith conference. This isn't usually my kind of thing. I'm introverted and don't enjoy going to big live shows with lots of people. But I went, and I felt a lot of joy and inspiration from listening to the presentations. But apparently I didn't look as joyful on the outside as I felt on the inside, and my friend chastised me for it. She made me feel as if I wasn't enough. She told me that I needed to show more enthusiasm and jump up and down. I was excited, but I've always had a calm outer demeanor. So, I was feeling pretty low after my friend's comments, when suddenly Patsy Clairmont came down to the floor where we were seated, and she came up to me and gave me a hug! In that moment, I felt what can only be described as a zing of love pass through me. How did Patsy know that I needed a hug at that moment? I felt God's love, and I knew that I was enough despite my friend's comment. I didn't have to please my friend or be like everyone else. God loved me just as I am, and He used Patsy to give me that message. I still struggle to believe that sometimes when people make me feel inadequate due to my introversion, but then I think back to that moment with Patsy and realize that there's nothing wrong with me. God made me as I am, and I am perfectly made.
Wow! 2 of my all time favorite author/ comedians. I love you both and throughly enjoyed this faith filled humorous message during my hard times. Thank you
