Spent this day, sad. Which is not my normal, not anymore. Today I looked at every negative thing that I have had to go through being in this human body! I’m 44 so Lots of crap! Like it is for many others!
When I finally felt seen by myself and spirit, i felt immense relief. I then allowed myself a UA-cam treat from Amar. A big clearing came through as I listened. Thank you 🙏 😊
