Pam-This interview with Hope Fitzgerald is a HUGE turning point! I listened to Hope explain how to invite the Infinity Wave into my life. I did it! I was driving to see a friend who I’ve been encountering some difficulties with. He also has a dog that can be quite a handful because he’s a puppy.
TRUTH- We had the loveliest conversation. I felt only friendship and kindness with him! The dog was calm and relaxed! My friend commented to me about how good the dog was!!

I too have been working with this remarkable symbol for several years. Information comes as a “nudge” I call it. A download or a wave of insight.. a Divine gift. One time I was guided to stretch it across the hemispheres of my brain during meditation. I call it my own “hemi-synch” now. My head will often sway from side to side as I recalibrate. I also use it in my hips. Highly recommend for woman to stand on our great Mother Earth barefoot if possible and trace the symbol with the hips. I’ve shared some of these tools when I feel someone needs to know.. but I’ve never spoke about it openly or publicly before. I believe more and more of us are catching the wave! I love to move my hips in what Hope is now teaching us to call our Infinity Wave. It seems so natural, and relaxing that I can feel pain releasing in my hips, lower back, and possibly able to ground my whole self. Hallelujah!
I learned to use the figure 8 infinity sign in my study of chi gong. I use it with my hands to create a toroidal energy field around myself, then make it bigger to encompass my community, city, state, country and the whole world. I later received downloads to imagine my breath in this pattern.
A kinesiologist told me Figure 8s help process change. It's a basic move in bellydancing as well, and so calming and hypnotic. Hips and ribcage as well-with arms going as a consequence is so lovely to experience.

I watched this video when it came out and as l listened I was thinking how useful this would have been to me when I had an angry client last year. Anyway I was working a mind body and spirit festival last weekend. I read the tarot and had a client with me when suddenly a group of protesters started chanting outside the open door and inside the room every person seemed to raise there voice to compensate. It was bedlam and I couldn't hear myself talking. Then I remembered the infinity wave.. So I sent it through the door.. Within a moment as I was telling the client all about the wave, calm descended and the crowd dissipated miraculously 💜🙏

I learned a complete system of Mind Body Work that used applied kinesiology back in 1990. At that time we were taught to form a triangle with our two hands and large trace an infinity symbol in front of us while repeating affirmations/ intentions. One of the founders used brain reintegration exercises with learning disabled kids to get them over their reading, writing and math phobias. He believed there was no such thing as dyslexia and that all learning issues came from stress about learning and I used the infinity symbol with my special education students.I started my class every day having kids make a large infinity symbol on the chalkboard to de-stress them. I also had them do a few other brain reintegration exercises that were fun and quick. It was very successful. I had students advance in reading by three grade levels in one school year. I had students who never read go home and read after school, much to their parents amazement. I did these exercises myself and had my children do them before leaving for school. At some point I got away from using the infinity symbol but I am now excited to start using it again the way you are suggesting.

Water has been a big part of my life this year particularly, beginning with deep grief. I’m working through being able to restructure water myself due my water filter smashing itself. This is a perfect addition to what’s in my field and water teaching me to trust, let go and surrender. I so align with Sedna and Salacia. Their archetypal myth. I see the sparkle in the water, visioned hanging on and surrendering to the abyss of the ocean, I felt so at peace. I tried the infinity wave while listening to the video and definitely felt the shift from the funk I’ve been in all day to love and joy. Thank you so much Pam and Hope for this. 💦🌧️🙏🕉️

OMG! I’ve been “waving” my body with figure 8s forever! Instinctively I knew it put everything back into harmony and balance in a way that nothing else could. I love the anaesthetist story. Being a hospital nurse of many decades I so understand that.
But the switch that Hope speaks of I've witnessed & experienced many times in the last 3 years. I'm still often in awe of my own responses. I do still think a 'script' the 'this is what I'll do or say if/when...' which is the old version of me. But instead I'm just naturally friendly, kind, fun, light which creates the same in return. The scripting is forgotten immediately. It's as if I can't be "the heavy one" anymore. Being kind & fun is much easier & lighter. 🎉❤

This is absolutely fascinating. The infinity wave came to me about a decade ago and i've been working with it in my sessions in a most humble and all inspiring way. At the time it was a complete surprise yet alwayscame in at perfect timimg. I've learned to go with it and have incorporated it into my life without really knowing all this. At the time this video was released I was in communication with my daughter (who transitioned into non-physical 3 years ago) through a medium and my daughter showed her the #8 and the medium said “the infinity symbol”. Loved to hear about the infinite wave. In the end of the 1990, I was fascinated by Kryon and was reading all of his books. I dreamed of him a couple of time. In one of the dream, he told me: look up! And I saw a huge infinity sign with the colors of a rainbow in the sky. He just explained to me that it is a powerful symbol and we should visualize it often. I now realized the beautiful gift that he gave to me at that time ❤
I’m thrilled to learn this. I have realized my co- workers as being pathological narcissists who use our sweet, non-verbal, developmentally challenged clients to exact vengeance on me for not being “gas light-able”. The only way they can get to me is to do something that negatively affects the clients. I don’t let them pull into being vengeful, I stay kind and considerate, no matter what and protect the clients as best I can. But, either there is an objective reality where these disorders exist and I’m being called to heal or I am the creator of these disorders and their evil and im being called to uncreate it. I will be using the wave between my heart and my co-workers. I sure wish I had someone to share all this with. I am all alone with this stuff. 🙏🏼Thank you both for this video. 🥰🥰

I was inspired in 2023 to get an Infinity Wave tattoo! I also have the words Ma'at and Harmony on my hands so that when I put my hands together 🙏 you can see on the side of my hand the word Ma'at and on the other hand Harmony. I'm 63 years old and never before did anything like this , but I just knew it was something I needed to do. I also have a drawing I did of a wave with the words FLOW written out on top of the water as if it is part of the wave... and IN the water is written "Surf the Wave"!! Amazing!!🤦♀ It hangs right above my computer in my office. It's as if we are picking up a channel or have tapped into a certain current coming from the cosmos. It reminds me of the movie " Close Encounters of the Third Kind" where all who have been exposed to this energy are seeing and drawing a similar place after coming into contact. There's definitely an energetic impulse/wave and many of us are "seeing it" ( 3rd eye ) as well as feeling it!

Wow what a wonderful conversation! This makes so much sense to me. For several years now I have been following quantum health practitioners who talk about the importance of sunlight and how it charges the water in our bodies and holds information. We literally hold the light from the sun in our bodies in the water. And that interchange is what allows our bodies to function. It also ties into how we are all God consciousness since we are made up of 99% water by volume. It’s as much physiological as much as it is spiritual. I just loved this. Thank you ❤️

Who would think you could see actually proof of this happening before your very eyes. I felt it from the moment Hope put the field up between you and her Pam. I felt love in my heart but doubted it. Kept pausing the video to practice and take it all in. And I decided to do the wave between me and this sad looking pine tree on my property. I began the figure 8 infinity ♾️ with flowing it flowing water between me and the tree and it began to sway gently back and forth. Oh yes could just be wind but I look around at the trees 6’ from it and they’re still no movement. The tree felt the love I was sending it. It felt sad and I had to pull away it was too much for me but I will go back and continue and help it heal and feel loved. I just had to share. Thank you Pam and Hope🙏. I watched a documentary about Isreal and the phrophecies and at the end the information about the interpetation of the Revelations brought the reality of Virgo giving birth (Earth connection and Chiron) and the dragon consuming the the baby. This was the alignment 2017 When Jupiter ( which energy exands and contracts) was transiting, being birthed in Virgo and then Mercury, Mars and Venus there in Leo. The stars or planets that create the two big eyes of the dragon. This is to be the time of the last generation that would not pass until.......Water, the great flood, the light (Sun giver of life) and rainbows/consciousness/Photon Belt illuminating.

I have been using the infinity sign for a while now moving my body and visualising it and just felt the need to do this as a form of healing . I then read a Tom Kenyon book which explains an exercise that can be done using this symbol . A couple of years ago I read about Dr Emotos work and felt strong importance of the water and the need for purification of Earth and of our bodies using water . I felt a need to visit Spring water sites and feel such a connection with what you are saying. 💙

I have been challenging more clearly for a few years and I even teach my Yoga and meditation classes and give massages channelling the info coming through me completely trusting, and these last few days I was sharing meditation about spirals,water, whales, infinit symbol and light. My daughter was born in November 2012 and by the age of five, she was talking about infinity and creating the symbol. I have the cutest photo of her at school age 5 that her school teacher took of her having created the infinity symbol out of little blue glass beads that they had in the classroom. She would talk about infinity (as well as the number Google being the biggest) as though it was no big deal at that age. She was born beyond her years and wise yet has suffered anxiety over the years due to being very sensitive to energies and seeing what she has described as hallucinations. She was very resistant to the idea that perhaps those hallucinations were spirits. Until recently, and now she acknowledges Spirits and casually helps them cross over to the other side. She says she doesn’t tell her friends because they wouldn’t understand.
Edited to add: she wasn’t raised in a particularly spiritual way, outside of me occasionally mentioning astrology with her, and more recently age 11, spirits (only because the hallucinations she described were increasingly frightening her and I entertained the idea to her that perhaps they were spirits). She is very cerebral and resisted the idea because she tends to be more scientific, however one night she noticed the dog - who follows her everywhere - stood frozen staring at one of the ‘hallucinations’ and when daughter realised it was being seen by somebody else she acknowledged it must be a spirit. She then started speaking to them very respectfully and this quickly progressed to assisting them with crossing over! She reports most want to, but some don’t. To her it’s now such a casual thing 😮

Using the wave is intuitive once you do it. Thank you! When I was pregnant with my twin daughters, I was practicing Chi Gung, and specifically a Daoist practice called Marriage of Heaven. You become the peduncle or conduit between the Cosmos and Sacred Earth, it is beautiful and powerful energy exchange. It's very simialr to the wave... it actually is exactly this! After my girls were born, one of my daughters continued to do The Marriage of Heaven and Earth for a number of months. This movement has so much physical benefit as well. For pumping joints and gently exercising muscles. It also helps in grounding and keeping our weight in our feet. It's helpful for balance issues and so much more. Important as we age. 💦☀🏵

Wow. Thank you for this video. I have been guided to have me as the "mid-point" or "cross point" for the infinity symbol. The top part goes to the cosmos, the bottom to earth and everything below. Left, right and everywhere have all these infinity symbol run through/ cross me. Like the flower, I am the center point, . The infinity shapes run through me and realize that I, myself, be one with all that is. I have been wondering why I have been guided to do this, now I know why. Thank you again.
