I literally cheered for them from start to finish on the Great Food Truck Race, I live in Oregon so I don't foresee getting to LA any time soon, so I have been following their recipes and I'm totally in love with their food!!! Seoul Sausage Co. Rocks my world!!!
A dream , momentary thought, an idea that became reality through hard work and self-belief mixed with passion and love. It a good message to folks who are trying to make it out there anywhere in the world.

I watched the great food truck race and they never served sausage...
The teams all had to buy their own supplies in the first episode and if you watch back, you'll see them mention that they couldn't afford a sausage maker with the seed budget due to all those supplies the health department required them to buy.
Cause they had to do stupid challenges like catius and pop tarts
I want to eat their food
