Leading the charge to discover the greatest dancer are three superstar dance captains - platinum-selling singer Cheryl, Broadway and Glee star Matthew Morrison and Strictly Come Dancing professional Oti Mabuse.
The series is hosted by singer and presenter Alesha Dixon and Jordan Banjo, member of multi-award-winning dance troupe Diversity.
In the Live Challenge Shows, the acts must take on a different challenge each week to incorporate into their routine, to prove that they could be the Greatest Dancer. Get ready to see talent from across the world of dance, from ballet to jazz, street to ballroom, contemporary to disco as the dancers give the performances of their lives in the hope of becoming the Greatest Dancer.

When I watched the video I knew there would be Charity and Andres references in the comments.
this is looks suspiciously like Charity and Andres second dance from NBC world of dance....

This routine has too many similarities to Charity and Andres to be a coincidence- I mean using one or two of their iconic moves might be coincidental but this is not

I get being inspired by Charity and Andres, they’re performance was phenomenal, but this is a little too much. Between the costumes, the battle-esque theme, and the many choreograph nods it was a poor knockoff, which takes away from their talent.
Many references to Charity and Andres but let’s also not forget the similarities between Prospects Fraternity’s dance and The Lab

I had to check out the other performance and I see the comparison to Charity and Andre but this dance still held its own.

I don't know much about TV dance competitions, but surely the clothes, music, set and to a certain degree the choreography is picked for them.
