No lie-last night I was on UA-cam trying to find a good 5 minute Spirit Guide meditation. Then I wake up to find you've posted exactly what I'm looking for. You're the best!
I felt like someone was touching my head from behind and above me before you said that we shall imagine that we feel, smell or gear something.. it felt so gentle and full of light. What an amazing quick but fulfilling meditation. Lots of light and peace
This was beatiful❤ I saw /felt woman,it was feminine gentle but same time strong energy and I heard in my head: you dont have to fight,just stand and hold your truth,but it was so much power in it,I felt strong and loved in same time
I really needed this today. And it appeared right on top of my feed, wow this is amazing. Thank you so much this has given me exactly what I need at this time❤
I slept after listening to a meditation video. When I woke up my body jolted repeatedly like a seizure. I heard the door opening, and I saw an image of a clown in front of my eyes, my eyes were closed. Then some energy went into my body and I started hearing voices in my ear. My body was paralyzed. He told me his name. I asked him if spirit guides are real. He tried to say something but I couldn't make out the words. It was like hearing different languages all at once. Then I felt someone scratching my chin. I saw an image of a silver clock. The clock was running very fast. I got scared and moved. The next day I saw an image of a card which has L written on the top, and I heard the word life and saw the numbers 11.11 and 1.11 on the clock the same day. The next day I tried contacting him again in my sleep and I heard the door opening but I got scared and moved. This is my first time contacting spirit guides, so can someone help me with what the clown image, the L card, and the silver clock mean?
I just did this exercise, but I feel nothing. What am I supposed to be looking for or how am I supposed to feel? I'm trying to connect to my spirit guides so I can communicate with my deceased boyfriend. Will this help?
