I've been taking English classes, and filmography classes towards a career in auto journalism, all thanks to this man. Thank you Jeremy Clarkson. I hope I get the honor in meeting him some day. Long live Top Gear!
Blaming Top Gear for speed deaths? Once Henry Ford was asked when auto racing started, his response, as soon as the second car was off the assembly line.
The guy is just part of the framework now, whether you love him or hate him! It's so good to see such 3 standard guys making a such a huge success of Top Gear!
i honestly hope that top gear never ever ever ever ever dies. i realize that one day it will . but as long as at least one of the three host remains i think the show will keep on going or at least i sincerely hope so.
Jeremy is a good guy giving a fresh new way of presenting cars. And let's all admit it, it is a hoot to watch! I hope they still do it for years and years and years.
True. It's like he said: "If we started paying attention to everyone's complaints, we'd end up with a dreary one-hour program that nobody would watch." Sometimes, you've got to just let it out there and not give a rats ass. :)
the picture shown in 3:20 is actually what he shows the audience in series 11[i think] when he goes... "I WENT ON THE INTERNET THIS WEEK AND I FOUND THIS"...awesome Jezza!...
I remember where Clarkson in one video, he came to Sydney just to see if the glove box in the new bmw x5 opens properly. LOL. That is so typical Clarkson. Don't go old Clarkson. Your shows are awesome.
btw, the interviewer did a great job. very professional, funny, able to talk about sensitive subjects with soft glove yet still poke afterwards....great job
i love clarkson cos he's not afraid to say what he thinks. he's not afraid of the media having a big hoo-haa over something he's said, which makes him so entertaining
I love it.Love his humor though i don't always understand the British Humor.I can watch any interview with him cuz he always talks a bit about cars driving and make jokes.Best recipe for a succesfull dialog, let alone interview :P
i think the problem is that new drivers tend to not know when its time to slow down. like JC said speed does not kill anybody but speed in an area where you cant overlook the road or with lots of traffic can indeed kill. i am also just driving for just over a year now and i admit that i sometimes drive quite fast but i do when i absolutely know i got a free road
Im actually very impressed with him. this is the difference between the states and Britain. USA is all young people that are famous for a year. Britain is 3 47 year olds who have been famous for 10+ years
apart from the great-great-great show he did so many cool and exciting things. seen the world, overcame adventures and drove some special cars. best job in the world,,,
JEZZA PLEASE FOR PETES SAKE DONT STOP TOP GEAR, Youve been such a great asset to the world, and have made a major impact on my life. And if you do have a vote of who should replace you!!! :)
his point isnt hitting things quickly doesnt kill anyone, and he keeps making the point, its that the real difference is about how responsibly you drive. if youre responsible whatever, youre unlikely to go that fast but might end up a bit faster than 70 on a motorway, but if youre completely careless, you can die crashing at 20mph
i agree with him that speed does not kill, but overestimating the car you are driving kills you. there is no such speed that defines a speeding car. but there is more factors to it that count, like the car's capabilities, road, traffic and the driver. all of these factors sum up to either dangerous driving or a safe one. that is what i think!!
I am British and i noticed that spelling mistake as soon as i posted the comment but couldn't be arsed correcting it. I'm actually surprised it has taken 5 months before anyone noticed
top hear is alive because of the three wise men james may, jeremy clarkson, and richard hammond and no one can take over and no matter how old these three get we'll watch it......
listen. Clarkson is an absolute icon of british humour. if other countries don't share it, or other people don't like what he says, they can keep themselves to themselves and leave this motherfucking legend alone!!!
i love how she says in Australia...... as if other countries dont have the same problem and its just young Australians being hoons. You see Jeremy Clarkson instantly pick up on what she is doing.
Series 13 episode 4. I'm pretty sure it's when they put an Evo against the Army. Just google " Top gear S13E04" you should find a link to the entire episode to download or watch, I did anyways.
Does anyone remember what the name of that huge car that is biggen then a Hummer that they show in the new season is called? :p Think it`s from the new season, it seemed pretty new. The contest they were having in the episode was about buying a sporty car for less the 5000 pound.
@Vitaminnn07 can't remember what series it is but it one of their specials. It's in Africa, so serach top gear africa and you'll prob see in on this site
Grimshaw totally outclassed, out witted and out spoken by Clarkson, she had no idea of the calibre of person she was interviewing and it shows when she tried to bait him and epically failed.

Shit I'd watch Top gear with Jeremy, May and Richard even if they were 75 years old! I'd lmao just as much I'm sure! :D
suddenly becoming stationary, is what kills!
If one must speed, one must do so responsibly.
NO ONE CAN REPLACE THAT GUYS!!!! it is just not possible.
well
4:57 i realized yet again why i admire and agree with Clarkson so much!
Blaming Top Gear for speed deaths? Once Henry Ford was asked when auto racing started, his response, as soon as the second car was off the assembly line.
Wow really
"Speed has never killed a soul. Suddenly becoming stationary, that what gets you."
4:06
what a statement, I liked it.
The guy is just part of the framework now, whether you love him or hate him! It's so good to see such 3 standard guys making a such a huge success of Top Gear!
"Speed never killed anyone, its suddenly becoming stationary, thats what gets you." Legendary.
i honestly hope that top gear never ever ever ever ever dies. i realize that one day it will . but as long as at least one of the three host remains i think the show will keep on going or at least i sincerely hope so.
"James and I made it through the dust with our lives considerably shortened."
Jeremy has got such fantastic quotes!!!! SOOO MANY !
"Well, it's sort of a pessimistic view." (Woman)
"It is a realistic view." (Clarkson)
My man, thats what Im talking about
Jeremy is a good guy giving a fresh new way of presenting cars. And let's all admit it, it is a hoot to watch! I hope they still do it for years and years and years.
A bit of Top Gear in the morning is what gets me through my day.
good interview well conducted.
all hail jezza!!
He's so humble, funny, and realistic. As famous as he is, he hasnt let it go to his head. Much respect.
True. It's like he said: "If we started paying attention to everyone's complaints, we'd end up with a dreary one-hour program that nobody would watch."
Sometimes, you've got to just let it out there and not give a rats ass. :)

Jeremy hit the nail on the head.
I remember where Clarkson in one video, he came to Sydney just to see if the glove box in the new bmw x5 opens properly. LOL. That is so typical Clarkson. Don't go old Clarkson. Your shows are awesome.

Speed never killed anyone. Suddenly become stationary killed people. -JC
"Three new people will come and take over"
that will be the end of top gear.
Little did you know
he speaks the truth
I want top gear to be around where my grandson`s grandsons are able to watch it
Don't know the exact episode, but it was when he played a game of 'British Bulldogs' with the army as it has been banned in schools.
I really do fucking love this guy, one of my favorite people ever...long live Jezza and long live Top Gear!!!
"speed has NEVER killed anyone, suddenly becoming stationary has" LOL
I love him and I will support him for ever
Speed does kill. My cousin had some speed and he just passed the fuck out. I could go for some right now actually.
Speed has never killed a soul. Its suddenly becoming stationary that gets you. LOL
I love it.Love his humor though i don't always understand the British Humor.I can watch any interview with him cuz he always talks a bit about cars driving and make jokes.Best recipe for a succesfull dialog, let alone interview :P

Good interview! props
if you love cars, humor and/or hate environmentalists welcome to top gear.
It is the best show ever
god! Jeremy. Please don't get old.
"speed has never killed anyone, its very important to get that... its suddenly becoming stationary, that's what gets you"
i think the problem is that new drivers tend to not know when its time to slow down. like JC said speed does not kill anybody but speed in an area where you cant overlook the road or with lots of traffic can indeed kill. i am also just driving for just over a year now and i admit that i sometimes drive quite fast but i do when i absolutely know i got a free road

I hate A Current Affair, but, strangely, still respect Tracy Grimshaw as a journalist. I think she did all right with this interview.
Loved to way he cut her down on her questions about kids speeding.
@dragonforce28000 Agree we cant get enough of Clarkson in the UK ,wish he did more my whole said we could watch him every day if we could
his point isnt hitting things quickly doesnt kill anyone, and he keeps making the point, its that the real difference is about how responsibly you drive. if youre responsible whatever, youre unlikely to go that fast but might end up a bit faster than 70 on a motorway, but if youre completely careless, you can die crashing at 20mph
jeremy clarkson is king o top gear
He's just simply a LEGEND!
He's much smarter than people give him credit for
Wow, Jeremy is so awesome!
top gear better be on rerun forever!
I hate to think of Top Gear without any of them 3 :(
top gear will never be the same if someone else takes it over
I just realized that Micheal Schumacher winked when he took his helmet off. Wonder if that has anything to do with him not being the actual Stig.
i fucken love, Jeremy clarcksons just straight out honesty LMFAOOOOO, is it Susan Boil lmfaoooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo
Man he;s hilarious. I love Clarkson and his sense of humor.
"it's a pessimistic view isn't it?" ...."It's a realistic view"
Haha Clarkson is the best!
"speed doesnt kill anybody its suddenly becoming stationary lol"
i agree with him that speed does not kill, but overestimating the car you are driving kills you. there is no such speed that defines a speeding car. but there is more factors to it that count, like the car's capabilities, road, traffic and the driver. all of these factors sum up to either dangerous driving or a safe one. that is what i think!!

I would just love to have lunch with him one day- hell, i'd even buy.
"I've had that [hangover] for about a month." lmao

The day Top Gear ends is the day I die.
The awkward moment when Tracy Grimshaw barely has a Wikipedia entry...
Series 13 episode 4.
I'm pretty sure it's when they put an Evo against the Army.
Just google " Top gear S13E04" you should find a link to the entire episode to download or watch, I did anyways.
Do not click on the viedo "Jeremy Clarkson Says Sorry To America" located on the suggestions tool bar, on the right- hand side. I repeat DO NOT CLICK!
4:56 A pessimist is what an optimist calls a realist.
I agreed with everything he said. It is nice to hear common sense in a PC world.
Does anyone remember what the name of that huge car that is biggen then a Hummer that they show in the new season is called? :p
Think it`s from the new season, it seemed pretty new.
The contest they were having in the episode was about buying a sporty car for less the 5000 pound.
Jeremy, please don't do anything stupid like ruin your career because life wouldn't be as great without you and the gang in Top Gear.
what season and episode is "james and I made it through the dust with our lives considerably shortened" from ? :)
5:43 I get the feeling this was when he filmed his BMW X6 review.
That interviewer was totally into him lol.
Like him or not but he is legend. Period.
Jeremy Clarkson for Earth president.
Clarkson owns, as does top gear. Clarkson for PM, imagine how incredible our country would be LOL
I wonder how many people will sign up for the audition for the new presenters of Top Gear.
if i had to choose my favorite tv / media homosepian it would be jeremy clarkson hes a legend
man should get his teeth whitened hahaha but then hamster would have something to bug him about.
@Vitaminnn07 can't remember what series it is but it one of their specials. It's in Africa, so serach top gear africa and you'll prob see in on this site
what he should've said is speed doesn't kill, bad driving does.
Grimshaw totally outclassed, out witted and out spoken by Clarkson, she had no idea of the calibre of person she was interviewing and it shows when she tried to bait him and epically failed.
4:10
had to cut out the presenter laughing haha
"Is It sussan Boyle?" lol
