Yes he's a good actor. . I didn't care much for him as James bond. Goldeneye was the only film I carred for with him as bond but over all he is pretty good
Dr. Fate was the best part of the movie, Pierce Brosnan was the perfect cast for Kent Nelson, he fullfil the character with a charisma not usual to see in other media (talking about Fate). When I saw that he was going to fight alone Sabback, I also yelled as Hawkman; kill him in his debut wasn't a good choice, but I understand that the actor is not that younger to continue portraying the character and didn't want to compromise himself for to long. Let's be honest, if it wasn't cause the movie is about Black Adam, Dr. Fate could take by his own on Black Adam and Sabback; my boy was just nerfed (as almost always).
This one scene is better than what I saw in BvS and Justice League. I hope they use this group in another film. Perhaps utilise them more. The duplication bit was cool with little Dr Fates grabbing Black Adam and then putting him in a choke hold. Like something out of JoJo. I like his armour as well. Shame this version of JSA is not utilised more.
I loved that this particular design it's so slick and he looks like hes truly made out of ethereal gold also i like that the helm dosen't have any eyeholes, it shows that the helm is truly guiding Kent and thus he doesn't need his senses he just needs to trust fate.
Sam Neill would have been a great Doctor Fate, but I agree Pierce Brosnan was perfect for Dr. Fate, I'd love to see Pierce Brosnan back as Dr Fate, he deserves his own Solo film, he was definitely the standout member of the JSA and the best thing in Black Adam, the movie should have had more Justice Society of America members, here's the members I would have put in Black Adam: Dr. Mid-Nite (Will Arnet) Stargirl (Emma Roberts would have been my choice for Stargirl) Hawkgirl (Paula Patton) Jay Garrick's Flash (John C. I had never heard of Dr. Fate before now. But I absolutely love him now that I have seen him. He's completely awesome and the casting was absolutely perfect.

When Kent was a child in the 1920s, he and his father discovered Nabu's tome in a Egyptian pyramid, and in the process of waking him Kent's father died and so Nabu chose to adopt and raise him and train him in magic. Years later Nabu realized he had been in a mortal body for too long ( at this point bin the continuity Nabu could just make a body for himself if he wanted) so he convinced Kent to " kill" him so he could ascend back to the plane of the Lord's of Order but he then realized that a( he cared for Kent too much to abandon him and b( the mortal plane needed a defender so he created the helm so he could be bound to the mortal plane long -term and advise and augment Kent's own magic. Obviously that's just the origin story but you can see what changed, post-recon the wearer becomes an interchangeable meat suit and Nabu becomes an emotionally distant automaton and Fate has an instant weakness ( remove the helm ) and developing magic as a field of study or skill is non-existent now.

Pierce Brosnan/Doctor Fate really stands out in the movie. The character is given justice, being one of the strongest heroes/magic users in DC comics. The powers and cgi was executed well throughout the movie.
I like how his magic looks more sleek and solid in contrast with Dr. Strange which is 'powdery' and more fluid, the usage of using the color gold makes it look more appealing.
Even though he was only in one film, he's already on par with MCU Strange. Imagine Fate stayed for a while and they'd given him his own series/film exploring his origin and future in the DCEU. He'd definitely surpass Strange.

This is great cause that means Dr Fate will likely have another movie because of the transfer of the helmet to someone younger with magical affinity. That also means a likelihood of other DC magic users and Zatanna is always the one to go to. I really like the way they did the effects here, haven’t watched the movie but if the writing is any good I hope WW3 will have some of these effects. WW still seems barely that powerful compared to her comic versions and I hope to see her be stronger than what she has been shown so far, Superman is closer to his “average” self but still could be a bit stronger particularly with his heat vision. Batman is just right though he’s never as difficult to create as the other two

The saddest part of this movie, is that fate is literally the most interesting and well written character, he’s comic accurate apart from the eyes but that’s fine, And pierce played him so well and they just waste and erase him like nothing, the biggest insult to one of the most loved characters and the best sorcerer 😢

the Idea of Kent Nelson being able to TAKE OF THE HELMET, infuriates me ....
Considering this is supposed the first one to wear the Helmet I think he would have been more used to it and built up some kind of resistance over time
It infuriates me that you think he couldn't, Nabu possessing the wearer wasn't a thing until the new 52, his original role was as an advisor and magical database for the wearer, specifically Kent and they originally had an adoptive father-son relationship. Nabu trained Kent in magic from the time he was a kid, he didn't need the helm to use it, the helm only amplified him

This is great cause that means Dr Fate will likely have another movie because of the transfer of the helmet to someone younger with magical affinity. That also means a likelihood of other DC magic users and Zatanna is always the one to go to. I really like the way they did the effects here, haven’t watched the movie but if the writing is any good I hope WW3 will have some of these effects. WW still seems barely that powerful compared to her comic versions and I hope to see her be stronger than what she has been shown so far, Superman is closer to his “average” self but still could be a bit stronger particularly with his heat vision. Batman is just right though he’s never as difficult to create as the other two
WW3 was cancelled along with Gal. This movie is also no longer part of the DC universe
@@DannyNQH Meh she wasn’t cancelled but yeah it’s sad that WW3 and MOS2 got cancelled. A version of them will certainly come back eventually though. You can always count on the big 3 to have their movies, I just hope when they eventually make another WW movie that her villains get cooler and it wouldn’t hurt to give her even more magical weapons just for effect at least
