Man I’ve been waiting for someone to review this one! I have a mini 3 pro and stinger. Was thinking of getting this as my third board! They make some phenomenal quality boards for a good price. Nice review as always!
I was wondering what are the difference between the mini pro and the stinger ? Wich one do you prefer ??
@@adrianschmidt205 the stinger is a lot more carvier. I did change out the front bushings and replaced the washers with flat ones in the front trucks but even before it was more carvier than the mini 3 pro. The stinger also gets a few more miles of range. The mini 3 pro is equally as powerful just a shorter form factor (it can also carve with the right adjustment) I didn’t change out the bushings just added a flat washer to the front truck. I love them both but I love my stinger way more. If you don’t mind the weight, I definitely recommend the stinger, it’s also more comfortable to ride during long rides. I usually get 17 miles of range in turbo mode going really fast through most the ride but I’m sure you can get more range if you’re easy on the throttle. Either of the boards I recommend the Tynee boosted 105 wheels installed. They are comfortable, grippy and very safe to ride with.

If you had to choose between this, the meepo voyager, backfire zelot x, or the exway flex pro. What do you think you would pick?
Super interesting. I still miss my good ol boosted, even if it would be an absolute joke by today's standards. It was such an experience as my first board. This thing is tempting to try to recapture the magic.
dont everrrr think its a absolute joke cuz other boards have bigger specs. i ride my OG zealot more than my huge monster acedeck boards and definitely prefered it over my hoyt, kaly and lacroix. ya dont need super high specs to enjoy the ride. 💯🤘🏼 if u truly miss boosted style, go for this, a zealot or a acedeck s3.. coupon code works for all them and links/videos r in this channel 🤘🏼

I weight 105kg/231lbs what range do u think I'd get? secondly, what other smaller pulley can I fit on this board that would still accommodate the stock 105mm soft street wheels? lastly, should I go for this or the Ultra Pro? what do you think I'll be missing out on going for the Ultra X?(non Pro version) You also mention getting aftermarket bearings with built-in spacers & speed rings, other than durability, what other difference do you think that would make compared to the stock cheapos?

I was thinking this board is aimed right at the Backfire Zealot S2- except with a proper flexi deck! I LOVE my OG Zealot & when a friend bought the S2, I was really disappointed with the stiff deck & lack of carve 😣. I’m told they had to lose the flex to imbed that show stopping light strip around the deck 🤷🏻♂️
I do wish the Tynee boards had a usb outlet- I’m adding under lights to all my boards - I ride at night & it’s both safer & sexier 😎
Looks like there's a couple small things that hurt the range on these lower -midrange boards. It would be nice to see how much the range improves after fixing those (better bearings, proper tensioning, torquing down the axle nuts right) as compared to right out of the box
I think the temperature makes the most difference to the range. approx. 35% shorter range compared to summer (20-25*C)

My Ultra X Pro arrived today, fantastic review as always, Fred! Have you tried the app to boost top speed - marketing gimmick or genuine speed increase? :)
If I wanted to use cloud wheels would I still use 32t pulley or a 40t?
You’d most likely want at least 36t pulley as the
bigger pulley = more acceleration/torque
Bigger wheel such as cloud wheel(if you’re going with 120mm)=more top speed less acceleration
So a combination of both gives you the ideal
congratulations is there any aceleration differecen between tynee ultra x pro and stella acedeck s3?
they are very close. but keep in mind, the stella s3 is using smaller urethane wheels, given it a advantage for acceleration. if u put 90mm wheels on this, u will increase ur acceleration even more.
thanks for your reply i know i have the sella mini but the motors are so low profile i cant even use 90mm wheels i love flexy decks thats why im interested in tynee ultra x pro seems much more flexyble than stella s3 isnt it?@@esk8unity

Depending on how long I’m out with my boards in the cold, I lose as much as a third off my range winter riding 🏂
