Dubrovnik, Croatia. The Pearl of the Adriatic!

We spent a truly wonderful ( and rainy ) day in Dubrovnik. This city was an absolute bucket list item for me and for my family. We were supposed to explore Split Croatia on our cruise as well. It was changed to Rijeka, and then ended up a sea day, so only one glorious day was spent in Dubrovnik. We made the most of our one day in Croatia, by visiting as much as we could. We didn't do any of the Game of Thrones tours, but they are available!

Croatian is the most common language spoken in Croatia, but everyone we came across spoke excellent English, their second most common language!
