Awesome video! During my previous startup, I made use of the framework that Iseman has shared to keep me in check. (Make, Show, iterate, sell, grow, tell, fail @ the 4:28 minute mark). I wrote down the 7 values on a piece of paper and I'd refer to them each time I was taking up an activity in a new domain. Saved me a lot of time not going down areas that I shouldn't have been exploring (Like patent strategy, branding e.t.c).
