Whether I'm traveling by car or plane, I always pack a juicer for fresh juice on the road.

Nah, it’s not bitter at all. The seeds barely get cracked and pass through with the pulp.
Hi, new subscriber here! 👋🏼 Just wondering about how much juice do you drink in a day?
Hi! I usually have 1-3 liters per day. Also, abundant fruit and usually a big raw salad early evening. If I’m consuming juice only for the day, I’ll have 4-7 liters for the day. It’s more about calories for me than quantity. For example a liter of cucumber juice is 200 calories while a liter of grape juice is 600. I never restrict. 🤗 thanks for tuning into my channel! They are barely cracked and then expelled with the pulp, no bitterness whatsoever

One cannot simply look at one micronutrient such as “sugar” without looking at the other beneficial constituents of the rest of the juice.
