Hard to find but here is the live concert with a real orchestra. In my opinion the best of them all, Syo is on fire here whit his white guitar! : ua-cam.com/video/Rg_kfnRd1qM/v-deo.html
Fumiya killing it on drums. I was very happy when he joined for a while while they were looking for a new drummer. also Neyanbot, this was the regular length solo for this song, the MV has the abridged version. 8 minutes versus the full 14 cost a lot less money in renting the church and filming equipment/editing. Edited cause I forgot the e in Neyanbot sorry
SYU must be an influence for Midori. He reminds me of Yngwie, Luca Turilli, and John Petrucci. Galneryus should be way more popular around the world. But sadly, many of these bands just stay in Japan. Their exposure is limited.
Yeah that's true, it's actually not the band's choice to stay only in Japan, it's their label who doesn't want to promote their music worldwide. This applies to many Japanese bands/artists
The singer is over 50 now so he cant hit some of the high notes, but 30 years ago he was consider one of the best singer in japan with extreme high note. Search for some of his old video under his name 小野正利 to hear his voice when he was 25~35.
Man if Sho can't reach some notes anymore I think I never notice because this guy just seems so controlled about his voice, not trying to make him the best singer in the world but honestly when he sings I feel such peace in my soul he just should be the inspiration and ideal image for people that want to sing
@@ecchi7185 I'm not saying he is a bad singer now. But he had crazy extremely high pitch voice when he was young. So what I'm saying is if anyone is amazed by his voice now they should go check out his music video in his 20s.
@@browndavid6986 No problem, I see. I'm one of that persons actually I met Galneryus recently like a month ago so I've just seen his "recent" performances
Japanese men's Rock Bands aren't as powerful as women's Rock Bands. I think so even if a Japanese man sees it. They are completely defeated by BAND-MAID, LOVEBITES, and NEMOPHILA.
I think you are wrong. Japanese girl bands are very good, but they have basically developed in the past 10 years, and many Japanese male bands have always had an irreplaceable status in Japan. I am a big fan of the 3 bands you mentioned, but “completely defeated”? I guess you haven’t heard many Japanese male bands😂
@@AngelLWJ I'm pretty sure X Japan & Galneryus are pretty much the peak of Japanese Metal, especially with how long both bands have existed. That's not a knock on the rest of Japanese Metal. They are much better than anything the US has put out in the last decade. Only the European Metal scene can compete with the Japanese Metal scene, especially in regards to newer bands.

And I actually caught the pick Syu tossed into the crowd in the end of concert! One of the best concerts I have ever been to.

Fumiya is damn talented drummer, so tasteful I like his work on Morpheus

Dude has been around for 2 decades, so he's definitely been an influence on a lot of Japanese guitarists

and Ritchie Blackmore. The band is definitely fans of Deep Purple
Galneryus should be more popular around world and should be number 1 powermetal band
Unfortunately Japan is not exporting Galneryus, as a Brazilian I'd love to see them live in a stadium, it'd be amazing
Galneryus is amazing as always, but they have another live version of this that's way better tbh
I really love them...Alan, i feel you man...
I was in tears too this song and EPILOGUE by LOVEBITES. Brother, you are nice every time.
They are awesome 👍
Wow! It sounded amazing! This band always pleases me, pulls my nerves like strings! I like it! 💥💥💥💥👏👏👏👍

ultimate sacrifice album review... underrated album
Someone already pointed this out, but I love FUMIYA (Unlucky Morpheus) coming back on drums for this show 🤘😊🤘
Did he withdraw from Galneryus?
He left Galneryus years ago but recently performed with them because they needed a drummer 🤘😊🤘
He played drums for them at prog power when I saw them too. Super nice guys all around.
Sho's great shout!!!!!! Syu's guitar is fanstastic!!!!!!

The type of comments you get from someone who has never heard any metal or rock band in Japan lol
