I’m about to turn 39, I just accepted Jesus in my heart and soul and got baptized for the first time even though I’ve been in church my whole life. I finally feel the Holy Spirit! Jesus is with now wherever I go, I feel so connected like I literally have Jesus on speed dial! The miracles He’s giving me and prayers He’s answering are coming daily at lightning speed! I will NEVER deny You again Lord! I just need you!!!!

Please pray for my family because we are going through a very tough trial right now. About a month ago I was in a small accident with our truck and now it needs to be repaired. Last Thursday I was in another crash and by God's grace was spared from death. But now we're in a pickle. We had three cars the truck, the Mazda which I crashed and totaled, and the van. The truck needs to go to the repair shop for a new bumper, and the van overheated today on our way to church today and needs to be repaired. That leaves us with no cars unless we get a rental, and the rental car is very small. Hopefully they can get the truck and van fixed and soon my mom and I can get a new car, And it happened during a very busy day for us. Cann you please pray for my family? I nearly died too. I had overdosed and lost function of my kidneys and had a stroke. He's restored me to nearly 100 percent even given me most of my movement back after being partially paralyzed. Praise God!

Sweetie, Heavenly Father is aware of you and all your struggles. He is with you every day. I'm sure you're suffering. I went through something similar when I was 10. I would pray constantly asking God for help. He is always there to listen and you can tell him anything. Once, he even spoke to me, calling me by name, he said. "Shanna, it's going to be ok. " so I personally know that he knows each of our names and our problems and he does care. Read your scriptures if you need comfort or guidance. God will use them to inspire and guide you. I prayed for you. ❤

Over the years of listening to Christian music, I think this one has become one of my favorites, because it depicts life so perfectly. It's sad. Life is tough. This song acknowledges that. It's sad, it's slow, it's steady. But even so, despite the pain, we keep pushing on, every day that we are alive. In this life the pain will never go away, just as in this song the sad back-beat never really goes away, but throughout life we gain experience and trust in the LORD, and through that, our hope slowly grows as we wait for Jesus to come back, or we die. That's the same in this song, hope slowly increases till the end, where you feel strong enough to fight again, but the pain is still acknowledged. Such a perfect mix.

My fiancé and I found ourselves on the street after a few financial and health issues caused us to lose our home. It has been the hardest and darkest valley we have ever been through. Amalia, 2 years ago I had a stroke and God was with me to survive that, and now I have lymphoma cancer and my last pet scan my cancer dr. could barely see my cancer in the pet scan and that was after my 2nd round of chemo, Tuesday I have my 4th chemo of my 4th round of chemo so my cancer should be almost gone or completely gone when I have my next pet scan between my 4th and 5th round of chemo. I give all the praise and honor to God and my cancer Dr.s and the nurses at the infusion room at the VA Hospital where I get my chemo at. This song is so true, all we need is God. There are other songs to listen too that true too. Overcomer is another song as a stoke survivor that you can listen too every day the rest of your life.

I haven't been paying attention to this genre lately. I was driving my wife's car and she tunes into urban gospel channels on pandora. Also artists like Jon Gibson, Crystal Lewis, etc. We are African American for what it is worth. Anyway she turned to some christian rock station in the Dallas area, and this song came on. The volume was down but I could hear the lyrics, and I like them. Then I heard the chorus of deep voices. I reached and turned the volume up. I jammed to the rest of the song, pointed to the radio and told my wife "that's a hit!" It has probably been a hit for some time now, but that was my first time hearing it. When we got home from our trip I looked up this video. I like the video just as much as the song. Well done.
Funny thing, my experience is almost the same. I first heard this song on one of those free weekends for the satellite radio company while I was looking for a football game, these lyrics spoke to me so quickly. My wife heard this song and was hooked immediately too. I think it’s amazing that Christian music doesn’t have to be limited to one race or another. Just shows that our souls don’t have a race. 3 years ago I begged God to help me stop using marijuana, drinking & smoking. I stopped going to church back then. I didn't think He would hear my prayer but, He did. It's being 2 1/2 years without out marijuana, 1 year alcohol sober & finally I was able to quit smoking after 7 years. Of course got back to church & the name of JESUS was the one the brake chains. 🙌🏼 I hope this helps & encourages someone.

Please pray for my family because we are going through a very tough trial right now. About a month ago I was in a small accident with our truck and now it needs to be repaired. Last Thursday I was in another crash and by God's grace was spared from death. But now we're in a pickle. We had three cars the truck, the Mazda which I crashed and totaled, and the van. The truck needs to go to the repair shop for a new bumper, and the van overheated today on our way to church today and needs to be repaired. That leaves us with no cars unless we get a rental, and the rental car is very small. Hopefully they can get the truck and van fixed and soon my mom and I can get a new car, And it happened during a very busy day for us. Cann you please pray for my family? Sweetie, Heavenly Father is aware of you and all your struggles. He is with you every day. I'm sure you're suffering. I went through something similar when I was 10. I would pray constantly asking God for help. He is always there to listen and you can tell him anything. Once, he even spoke to me, calling me by name, he said. "Shanna, it's going to be ok. " so I personally know that he knows each of our names and our problems and he does care. Read your scriptures if you need comfort or guidance. God will use them to inspire and guide you. I prayed for you. ❤

It's sad, it's slow, it's steady. But even so, despite the pain, we keep pushing on, every day that we are alive. In this life the pain will never go away, just as in this song the sad back-beat never really goes away, but throughout life we gain experience and trust in the LORD, and through that, our hope slowly grows as we wait for Jesus to come back, or we die. That's the same in this song, hope slowly increases till the end, where you feel strong enough to fight again, but the pain is still acknowledged.

My fiancé and I found ourselves on the street after a few financial and health issues caused us to lose our home. It has been the hardest and darkest valley we have ever been through. The persecution and judgements from people have really torn us down and almost apart. I happened to find Toby Macs music when i was downloading music to listen to offline. It has changed me in such a way I can't even explain. The strength and courage to keep going and a new way to celebrate God. I know He has us in His hands and my prayers are on the way to being answered in a miraculous way. Thank u Toby for your obedience and praise. It's changed my life.

Amalia, 2 years ago I had a stroke and God was with me to survive that, and now I have lymphoma cancer and my last pet scan my cancer dr. could barely see my cancer in the pet scan and that was after my 2nd round of chemo, Tuesday I have my 4th chemo of my 4th round of chemo so my cancer should be almost gone or completely gone when I have my next pet scan between my 4th and 5th round of chemo. I give all the praise and honor to God and my cancer Dr.s and the nurses at the infusion room at the VA Hospital where I get my chemo at. This song is so true, all we need is God. There are other songs to listen too that true too. Overcomer is another song as a stoke survivor that you can listen too every day the rest of your life.

I haven't been paying attention to this genre lately. I was driving my wife's car and she tunes into urban gospel channels on pandora. Also artists like Jon Gibson, Crystal Lewis, etc. We are African American for what it is worth. Anyway she turned to some christian rock station in the Dallas area, and this song came on. The volume was down but I could hear the lyrics, and I like them. Then I heard the chorus of deep voices. I reached and turned the volume up. I jammed to the rest of the song, pointed to the radio and told my wife "that's a hit!" It has probably been a hit for some time now, but that was my first time hearing it. When we got home from our trip I looked up this video. I like the video just as much as the song. Well done.

Funny thing, my experience is almost the same. I first heard this song on one of those free weekends for the satellite radio company while I was looking for a football game, these lyrics spoke to me so quickly. My wife heard this song and was hooked immediately too. I think it’s amazing that Christian music doesn’t have to be limited to one race or another. Just shows that our souls don’t have a race. 3 years ago I begged God to help me stop using marijuana, drinking & smoking. I stopped going to church back then. I didn't think He would hear my prayer but, He did. It's being 2 1/2 years without out marijuana, 1 year alcohol sober & finally I was able to quit smoking after 7 years. Of course got back to church & the name of JESUS was the one the brake chains. 🙌🏼 I hope this helps & encourages someone.
