🛑STOP making YOUR BEAUTIFUL, TIRED AND WEARY self (and don’t allow others!) to infiltrate your brain and make you feel that you don’t have EVERY right as much as ANY new parent to bare it all: to acknowledge the misery AND the magic-

💙we SEE you,
💙we FEEL that you are DEEPLY grateful to have gotten to this point-to have grown and birthed or adopted or “mothered” in ANY which way you finally got after your struggles maybe with:
❓trouble GETTING pregnant OR
❓trouble STAYING pregnant
‼️but now you’re here, and yes those moments where you stare into baby cherub’s eye are DEEP inexplicable bliss AND YET when the demon seed emerges and you’ve had to then clean your 4th blowout of the nite or do your 5th load of Vomitous burpees or put your head in your hands and weep guttural cries of sheer exhaustion-it’s OK to all at once KNOW in your heart that YOU ARE GRATEFUL AND YET you are JUST. PLAIN. DANG. TIRED (and annoyed, go to sleep baby bear cub-puhllllease!)
💙we see you-you can complain. It’s ok. We know you’re appreciative. Surround yourself with a tribe that gives you that space and even says “here, we kept your seat warm”
