Pro models are for professional photographers/videographers as they have a telephoto lens, macro mode and raw format. 120hz is really nice but 60hz is also good (for phones only) as ios comes with great optimisation. Base models are totally fine for casual users.

For long lasting battery, 15 plus is best. If you want a handy one take 15. 15 plus is bigger...but the Android one I have is 6'7" so I have no issue getting the + one
