Sat here watching your videos man. Ive been suffering from panic attacks/Agoraphobia since August 2021 caused by covid lockdowns. I was feeling a bit weird there but your videos have been helping. New subscriber here:)
How did you cope with the breathing issues? 🙏 That's a symtom that often comes when I go on the train and it makes me think, "what if I need an ambulance!","what if I am going to pass out!","what if I really can't breath this time and get brain damage from lack of oxygen!"..... I don't know how to cope with these thoughts.... The thoughts and the sensations are so scary.
I keep having anxiety attacks at night. Like literally all night it comes and it goes. I’m not scared of it but it just keeps coming back. I shake my whole body to release the adrenaline is that wrong?
