The wonderful Yiddish language should have its place of honor in this video. Although the young man is singing in English, the thoughts, phraseology and spirit are Yiddish. It would be a
pleasure to hear the lyrics in Yiddish, the "mame-loshn" (mother tongue) of the Jews who lived for centuries in Eastern Europe and did their best to preserve "yidishkait".
