Nice review,! I'm Steven Fisher - the one you were talking about at the beginning. First, I'm glad you really like the MZ928 kit! Also, thanks for mentioning me. I was one of the inventors of the Roland V-Drums and ran the V-Drums division for years and then worked for Yamaha as Director over all their drum and percussion business for the US. I went back to my creative side and product development roots with a wonderful opportunity to work with Medeli starting in 2022. The engineers I work with are brilliant and totally open do what needs to get done to build a product with great quality, features and value. I have some MZ928 videos on UA-cam to show off the sounds and an overview of features. Again, great review and glad you like it!
Oh wow. Thank you so much for the comment. I will pin this. I hope i didnt sound like i was slagging roland off too much, i love roland and yamaha just think they are too expensive. I will pin this so people can see ur videos as well.
Nice! I haven't seen anyone make a video covering this from an owners perspective yet. I agree about the power button thing. I haven't tried this kit, but Medeli makes the Alesis Strata as well, and there is no click on that one either. Feels odd. Glad to hear the kit is living up to it's promises overall
Thanks for the video! It’s really helpful. Medeli stuff generally lacks coverage. When I was looking for 638dx videos a few years back I found only two.
Hi, thank you so much for your review video. I'm considering this kit (its available through a retailer in New Zealand) and just have a couple of questions if you dont mind. 1. Are the cymbals 360 trigger zone? 2. Any durability issues such as missing sounds etc, particularly on hi hat? Once again thank you!
cymbals are 360 trigger zones. So far durability seems fine. Im using it a lot and seems to be holding up. Hi hat is a little heavy and clunky but otherwise all good.
Yes I have understood you. But as you say, you have bought in China and you have paid for the shipping and so on on your own. That's just what I was wondering. Thanks the same. Greetings
All basic pads you can use with roland. Yamaha had some cymbals and pad that only work with Yamaha module. Anyway for this price in choose a Roland TD27

Hi, excellent video. Can you share the link where to buy? thank you
Like I said in the video it's not available in the UK. It would depend where you are from.

Yeah, there is an argument for that, ultimately I would rather have this I think.
where did you order it? how is the durability for last month.
I ordered it through the company (email). It's sooooo durable. I have a few issues with it now, but would still recommend.
@@AtomMusicSchool the company email became invisible, by youtube, would you care to advise the name? thank you
