I also had a music detox once, everything you say is true. I also recommend a media-visual detox. Difficult in these times of virtual life... but true connection with yourself requires silence. The world imposes its way of being on us more and more. A cell phone was a blessing, and now it's a total prison.

Hi there it's interesting what you talking about because a friend of mine has been measuring humans and the so-called 440 (000) Hz music and under 432(000)Hz music came out that the 432 Hz music is the right thing it is natural correct it is harmonious and it gets even cosmic overtones. So I'm also a musician and I tune my guitar nylon string guitar to 432 music so for my nylon I also had to change this little metal plates because I often use tones up the scale up the neck And it's beautiful for sure my texts are mostly beautiful sometimes a crush into the old timeline like people know what day can improve on But after a few years I cancelled my main UA-cam channel because of this willingness to to play the on the road with people just as it happens in the very now On my second UA-cam channel there is one song up there , and just one song is on a Beat from from another place of this earth created already in 432 Hz and it is a freestyle that I just recorded so for the now this is ok to have that one song on because I'm not limited to guitars I'm a singer I'm a rapper ... Mainstream music has always been crap. But I can't imagine living without any music. The sad thing about this life is that we are able to become more picky and sensitive and desirous of something better...but there aren't always things to satisfy that (because they need to be created by humans). I always think of smoking cigarettes, and how it's something unthinkable for most people becoming more sensitive to still do....yet many "masters" did it and do it. Like someone else said, we can have any association we want with things. If I stopped listening to music.....I'd go mad lol
We create our own reality absolutely right 😉 however getting out from the “known” and do the unthinkable will expand our experience consciousness on Earth✨🙏Blessings

You need to find better music, girl! Music is just a tool. Find better more nurturing music to co-regulate with and you don't have to avoid it. 😁
