With Jupiter retro in October, I believe during retrograde, a planet doesn't actually move backward though does that mean without moving backward it still gives results of being in the previous house? for example, in Virgo ascendent, it is in 9th house but as you said, it will give results of dusthana 8th house when it comes to partnership etc. So, overall this retro will give negative results for Virgo people?
