You have a stronger spirit than I do. I would've had to take the whole closet system down and reassemble it so it had more clearance. That would bother me every time I walked past that room. Still, it looked great!
Trust me - it does bother me and I almost did consider reinstalling it. 😂 I had a similar issue happen when I installed this system in a different closet - I tore everything out, patched the holes, repainted and started all over. It was such a headache. I decided I could live with it this time since it's in a closet I don't really use. 😂😂💙💜
Sad to tell u ikea has discontinued selling Algot. I had installed few drawer in my walk in closet like two years back I wanted to install more and I went to get it like two weeks back that’s when I came to know they don’t sell it anymore

Which drywall anchor did you use for this algot closet system, i try to find them on amazon but there are so many brand names, did you use the screw that came with algot system, or your own screw set. thanks
You can basically use any kind! It just depends on your preference if you want standard, self-drilling, metal, plastic, etc. Just get some that are rated for a higher weight like 30+ pounds each. The Algot pieces do not come with any sort of mounting hardware so you have to purchase separately. This is a pretty good variety kit: amzn.to/2JwvwTt Toggler is a good brand and I've used all of these before.
