@@pratik4833 Basically every playable character in LoL has a Lore. In the first years of the game the lore revolves around the players. They were an entity called "Summoners" and the lore of different champions just defined why and how they ended up in the rift. After a few years Riot decided to change the lore and place each character into their distinct region of the whole world called Runeterra. So atm the game has somewhat of 130 different characters, nearly everyone has an updatet lore and the whole world also got huge lore due to different events like war between regions or kingdoms aso. Imagine you have the whole lore of World of Warcraft but the game by itself is Hearthstone. The only difference is that the lore came after the game and the characters. The only flaw is that every new character needs to fit inside this lore to be canon. There are some alternative universe due to various skins but mostly it revolves around the main world.
Soon coming to your theater Hollywood newest production ; Annie extra woke : Annie is a black girl, she was adopted by white racist parents. Who beat the shit out of her, then she killed them all with tibbers. Btw its a horror flick.
Honestly I know nothing about the League of Legends game but I loved watching Arcane; the animation, aesthetics, music, characters, the story, everything was great, it left me wanting to see more that now I'm watching all these League of Legends cinematics. They're incredible. I hope Riot would continue on making more of the LoL lore/world as series like they did with Arcane, I would absolutely watch them all.

Riots Animation, Graphic Design, and Sound fx team are the best I've ever seen for cinematic games. Its Immersive and has amazing stories behind it, you feel like you are apart of their journey even thought they're only game characters.
You have to remember, a lot of their animation is outsourced. Its mostly the stories and concept riot actually comes up with, the rest they just throw money at. That being said, still damn good. Just like to give Freud where credit is due cause a lot of people forget the studips creating those animations

I can’t believe I’ve gone so long without League in my life. This world hits all the sweet spots for me from the artwork, to the lore, to the gameplay, to the character design. This world is perfect 💕

They really need to make a full on movie. Even people who aren't fans of gaming would be curious to see the movie and this would be huge to expand the lore to more people.
One of the few that enhances on her background. Like, in the original lore Annie was a prodigy who was feared, but was held to a insane degree of respect. Her abilities far surpassed what she could do. This cinematic took that and let us remember that behind her scowl (or creepy grin in the original art) she's just a little girl doing childish things.
Theres really no reason why riot shouldn’t have already made this a tv series that stretches out hundreds of episodes. Id watch every single one, with this amount of quality.
All of these cinematics testaments to riot as a company, especially it's marketing, animation and story. These are without a doubt ads for league of legends, but they don't feel like ads, the consumer enjoy's watching them, me included and they are not ads in the way one would expect. They feel much more akin to a mini-series/anthology that is based around a video game that gives more lore and background to semi-familiar characters. To be honest these cinematics are not going to be attracting a huge audience outside of the league community, which is a shame because all of the talent put in these animations is unreal, but that is not there purpose.These cinematics encourage who are considering lol or already playing it to delve deeper into the franchise by exploring the lore and playing the game but nevertheless these cinematics are almost always spectacular and I recommend them to people who don't even play league of legends.
That was a very good summary of these trailers/videos and I couldn't agree more, I had an absolute blast putting this together. Riot have a very talented animations team and it ihas been incredible to watch these stories evolve over the years.
Tbh if i didn't know league and i see these cinematics, I'd definitely play the game but for completely different reason and be surprised by what the game actually is

Just have to enjoy the fact they put the extra detail of Zed using his shadow to avoid being crushed by the falling debris at the very last moment. Honestly the amount of detail they put into their animations is just incredible.
I knew nothing of this, apart from it being a game . I was blown away by it's art/graphics , story and music. Binged it in a week. Now can't wait for season 2
I got to say even tho i'm not an LoL player and know nothing about its lore or the characters these animations and the work behind are just amazing. I enjoyed these 2 hours of it.
I know nothing about the games and only started to watch Arcane because My little sister (she plays) insisted and wow. I was blown away by the technical aspect and voice talent. The story was ok, predictable but very enjoyable. Looking forward to season 2!

Things in which Riot is godly: animations, storylines, cinematics etc. :0 Things in which Riot is sucks: matchmaking, report system etc. :( There is always balance in the world.
Yeah, like they make a fun new Summoner's Rift, and then remove Dominion as a permanent game mode. Make a new and improved Draft Pick for Ranked players, remove Team Builder from the casual audience. They can add and remove things all they want, but the removal of Team Builder really made the game lackluster and less fun to play. I keep hearing people say "play League, its fun" but without a team of friends to play with, its a nightmare.
What in the world? Not a LoL fan but god DAMN, I said GOD DAMN! The cell shaded, painting-esque, lower frame rate animation style used for some of these is amazing and underutilized. I know they were not the first to use that style but goodness do they use it well. Eat your heart out, Spider-Verse.
I have always liked these cinematic shorts but I think I have a new appreciation for this world and it's characters after watching Arcane. It gives everything a new depth.
Im super thankful for riot creating this masterpiece and you for compiling them all together. I only play league for the game and never cared about the lore and since the lore is rlly big, idek where to start. This video rlly helped me a lot and im very grateful :)
Check out Necrit’s channel for lore stuff! It’s too massive for even me (and I’ve been around League on and off for 10 years) Riot really did a great job with the lore and the characters. You should really check them out if you’ve got time! Necrit does a good job explaining most!
ekko's cinematic, is in top best, it's just so relatable about the time part and overall music and both fight with the animation are just amazing.. i'm somewhat addicted to it :D
LoL are not my kind of games, but I do love their trailers. I wish they'd make animated series or more spin-off type of games that would be played like platformers, Dark Souls-style or something. That's more up my alley. Amumu and Hecarim are gorgeous! I wish we could see more of those two in particular.

I came here hyped after watching Arcane and after 50 minutes, I don't recognize a single character. I didn't realize how many characters are in this game, damn!!
Bruh the fact that every lol fan wanted an animated series.. or an series at all without thinking of the concept of it being really good. They all have business with the undead ...bilgewater makes sense cause well the mist reached there ...braum is a mystery ..and pyke a bigger one...ahri wanted a bodyguard and yasuo a purpose in life so here ya go
Illoai hinted at the events to miss fortune. A theory is that Pyke's list is cursed which is why he recognises everyone he comes across and he is taking revenge on the ruined king and Braum just likes to be helpful.
Like it was said, Zed is not that powerful lore-wise, and to be fair, Xayah got out of this fight alive out of pure luck and good timing. If Rakan didn't show up in time, she would've been done for. It is explained in A piece of Shadow cake that Xayah believed that Rakan and her had no chance of winning against Zed. That's why she instead aimed at the Quinlon knowing that she would probably die doing so, but that Zed would also die (it failed) and that Rakan and the other vastayan would be saved.

@@woofie2093 Yeah I see what you mean. Plus the fact that Xayah is an ADC and Zed a slayer, so Zed should have win quite easily. That's why I like to believe that Zed wasnt using his full strength considering Xayah just like a mere nuisance that would be easy to deal with. However, she outsmarted him. She is considered a very smart and strategic champion while Zed is more the type to jump in the action and think after. For the other cinematics I cant tell you 🤷♀️. You're probably right, hes dumb

I know nothing about the games and only started to watch Arcane because My little sister (she plays) insisted and wow. I was blown away by the technical aspect and voice talent. The story was ok, predictable but very enjoyable. Looking forward to season 2!

Yeah, like they make a fun new Summoner's Rift, and then remove Dominion as a permanent game mode. Make a new and improved Draft Pick for Ranked players, remove Team Builder from the casual audience.
They can add and remove things all they want, but the removal of Team Builder really made the game lackluster and less fun to play. I keep hearing people say "play League, its fun" but without a team of friends to play with, its a nightmare.

What in the world? Not a LoL fan but god DAMN, I said GOD DAMN! The cell shaded, painting-esque, lower frame rate animation style used for some of these is amazing and underutilized. I know they were not the first to use that style but goodness do they use it well. Eat your heart out, Spider-Verse.
I have always liked these cinematic shorts but I think I have a new appreciation for this world and it's characters after watching Arcane. It gives everything a new depth.
Im super thankful for riot creating this masterpiece and you for compiling them all together. I only play league for the game and never cared about the lore and since the lore is rlly big, idek where to start. This video rlly helped me a lot and im very grateful :)

LoL are not my kind of games, but I do love their trailers. I wish they'd make animated series or more spin-off type of games that would be played like platformers, Dark Souls-style or something. That's more up my alley. Amumu and Hecarim are gorgeous! I wish we could see more of those two in particular.

Illoai hinted at the events to miss fortune. A theory is that Pyke's list is cursed which is why he recognises everyone he comes across and he is taking revenge on the ruined king and Braum just likes to be helpful.

That is his power level lore wise tho , if you read the zed comic you'd agree
It's the same that they do in the game with Xerath but inverse, Xerath is almost a god, but in game it's pretty meh.
Like it was said, Zed is not that powerful lore-wise, and to be fair, Xayah got out of this fight alive out of pure luck and good timing. If Rakan didn't show up in time, she would've been done for. It is explained in A piece of Shadow cake that Xayah believed that Rakan and her had no chance of winning against Zed. That's why she instead aimed at the Quinlon knowing that she would probably die doing so, but that Zed would also die (it failed) and that Rakan and the other vastayan would be saved.

@@woofie2093 Yeah I see what you mean. Plus the fact that Xayah is an ADC and Zed a slayer, so Zed should have win quite easily. That's why I like to believe that Zed wasnt using his full strength considering Xayah just like a mere nuisance that would be easy to deal with. However, she outsmarted him. She is considered a very smart and strategic champion while Zed is more the type to jump in the action and think after. For the other cinematics I cant tell you 🤷♀️. You're probably right, hes dumb
