Very interesting! Building scales on common notes can work great for an "outside" feel that still feels connected to the key, same with constant structures.
@@leechapman-q6v yup transpose it. Relationships are all the same. I learn from trumpet and sax players all the time and it’s great to learn from different instruments while also learning to transpose. 😉
