LOL.. that forwarded numbers are the number of YOUR OWN voice message system!!
When you can't receive a call (out of reach or you just reject a call) the caller gets forwarded to Voice Message and can leave you a voice note! LOL
That has nothing to do with TRACKING!
If you erase those numbers no one will be able to leave you a voice message :) :)

Right under where it says voicemail, you will find "Supplementary Services".
At top it says "always show caller ID". you can pick always or never
