English Guide on how to beat DLC3 bosses via SL1 on difficulty 9 in Black Souls 2. The strategies in these videos does not require Requiem, Pocket Watches or any visits to Chaos Dungeon. Guide was done on the minimum number of loops to access DLC3 content.
Setup explanation: You start with 4 actions to start. The 1st action you have by default, a 2nd action is gained from equpping the shield you get for killing jeckyl and hyde, a 3rd from black rabbit's ring, and 4th from starting the battle with Andor's sword. Bandersnatch is the covenant purely for the percentile increase in attack she gives. Same for Armor of the Sun and the two celestial rings. Almighty ring is there for all around stat boost.
1st Turn
In the first turn, you need buffs. Specifically, you need Mad Bird's Shriek from Jubjub's bow, Indignation from Deep Sea Knight's Anchor, Reinforce from the various versions of vorpal sword, and King's order.
You must end the turn using King's Order with Wand of Creation so all skills used in this turn costs 0 MP.
Rationale for the Buffs:
Mad Bird's Shriek: x2 attack
Reinforce: A boost in attack but also the nurse is weak to fire. Double damage from your physical attacks.
Indignation: It gives you an extra action next turn replacing the 4th action you lose by not having andor's sword at the end of the turn. Also gives you more speed than the max ATB speed. The max ATB speed being somewhere between 1250 and 1300 Speed.
King's order: Increases attack but also increases crit chance.
2nd Turn
You need a few more buffs before dealing the last hit this turn. Start by using Grit, followed by Self Mutilation, then Deadman's Blow. Afterwards, switch to Giant's Sword and use any skill.
Rationale for skills used
Grit: You need to survive Self mutilation with only 1 HP since Deadman's blow's damage is strongest at 1 HP.
Self mutilation: Allows you to get to 1 HP while also giving you another increase in attack and a big boost in crit chance.
Deadman's blow: The finishing hit
Switching to Giant's Sword and using any skill: Switching to Giant's sword allows your final hit to have a x2 in attack power while also giving you the chance to crit (something the anchor can't give you). So he has an 80% of reviving himself. After which, you're pretty much dead so use whatever skill because it really doesnt matter.
Overall chance of victory is 20% but its pretty quick to do so Nurse Call should die within 10 min.
Pretty much Praise the RNG god at the end.
Sucks that all the prep can go down the drain if you have a bad day.
Maybe if you somehow were able to get one extra turn you could switch to hans machine gun last second to beat nursecall all over again. She may have an 80% chance of living but 11 hits will cause her to be dependant on the rng god

Can't you just have one extra turn so you could switch to hans machine gun after deadman's blow so that 80% chance of losing becomes an 8% or lower?
Try switching almighty ring with white rabbit ring or switch angel wreath with mabel's panties
Edit: thinking about it. the damage boost you get with giant sword is important in oneshotting them. Maybe using a skill like shadowy bog, treponea or any other skill that does multi hit attacks without needing magic after might help but with low mp it might not be possible
20% feels like zero when I'm on the 6th retry.
Try switching to a multi hit atack like hans machine gun after deadman's blow. You'll need an extra turn but doing this will make it so if nurse survives it the other 11 hits from the machine gun will decimate her. It would know be at least a 7% chance of losing
Edit: was gonna say try switching almighty ring with white rabbit ring and angel wreath with mabel's panties to get extra turn but giant sword's buff is what actually deals the oneshot...
Maybe try using another spell that deals multi attack damage like treponea or shadowy bog thst doesnt need magic in order to work. But with low mp... Im not sure...
