This is a beautiful design, thanks for sharing. It was easier to see when painted on the cartoon face as the hand wasn't in the way of the painting. Found the jerky movements and the silly faces to be an annoying distraction on the live face model.
Thank you for the feedback! We find painting on both the live person and practice board a great addition to be able to change the angles and show more detail.
Thank you for this tutorial. It would have been much better if the model wouldn't have made all those silly movements during the pausing in painting as it would have been easier to see each stage of the design process.
I am going to use a variation of this to create a Charizard design.
