Really like this channel, I have a couple of projects in Punta Gorda. You’re just going to steam roll everyone in the industry with this type of content.
Dave’s a great guy and is always advancing to become better! I would use him if I lived in Fort Myers. I went with an electrical company during Ian and rebuilt power lines for 3 weeks, it was a great experience. If I could work for him or FPL, keep up the great work, I saw a lot of destruction in the Tampa area when I was there, also south of Tampa. A lot of damage trough that area, we turned on over 1000 customers when we were there.
Like to hear the safety meetings, document.....document...I see so many potential liability issues being recorded and "out there" on youtube that could bring problems down the road. Also, I'd look at finding a potential vendor who could provide box lunches that could be offered to crew daily. The not stopping for lunch kinda of thing is a great time saver. You may find it to be a win/ win for employees and vendor for an arrangement. Potentially you could maybe subsidize some of cost as an employee benefit....even if it's just a once or twice a week type of thing. Really enjoy your content and will be down for the winter.
@removeitprosdemolition I wasn't saying you don't break for lunch, I heard how you talked about being efficient and stopping at beginning of day.....my mother worked for a vendor who provided lunch services on site for employees. It wasn't free but it was subsidized in a way that vendor used on-site kitchen and didn't have rent, which led to great prices. It kept employees from leaving, provided for catered on-site meetings without discussing business in public setting. I'm all about efficiency and creating a family atmosphere. Employees spend as much or more time with coworker's and 1 thing that fosters communication/team building is breaking bread together. Enjoy your content and my observation wasn't meant to be negative but to explore possibilities to recruit and retain valuable employees.
@@removeitprosdemolition originated in DC and branched out to Maryland. Original owners were wonderful people. They didn’t have a lot of stores. I can’t remember when they closed up probably when the first Home Depot’s started opening. They were the first larger hardware stores. You could find anything there. Those units were called Saturday solutions.
Being a Southeastern Florida native I have been really diving into Southeastern Florida history. I believe "progress" actually did alot more damage to the South western side of the state than ours
I would love to see that also. Long story short my grandparents had a duplex in lake worth Florida that's still the to this day sided with asbestos sheeting
So I have a quick question to ask. If the building Is coming down, why are the employees taking extra care of the building taking the windows & sliding glass window - doors out ? Instead of using like a pick, hammer, Sawzall, etc. Those box home kits are pretty neat that I've seen. Also, since signs are expensive can't you guy's get the painting letter's and do a signs in marking paint in multiple different locations of the property. Or property's
@@removeitprosdemolition As you were driving in front of the Lani Kai you had said there was an illegal lot that the guy paid FMB . Was wondering if you meant a parking lot.
Really like your videos. Your girl needs to wear proper footwear for the jobsites! Flip flops will not protect her from stepping on rusty nails, snakes, broken glass etc.
Really like the scrap! ❤ 😊
