As a former sushi chef trained under a Japanese sushi chef, he does not even know the basic steps of making nigiri properly. Every trained sushi chef also knows that you do not hold the fish that long in your hand. His lack of training really shows and it is pretty embarrassing 🤨. It’s so amazing how people are fooled and would pay insane amounts of money for this. But to each their own.
