Where do I find the new particle effects? I am interested in underwater bubbles and such. *Edit: I found them, they just don't work if you use the underwater blur effect along with them.
why don't you make tutorials ? how to quickly create a river for example, even if they are short its still beneficial, start recording your screen and make one!
