      @@independentconsultant anytime Mahdi. You have missed one thing , if we are to send this scripted message to recruiters on their emails , what subject line or hook do I write ? Cause you want to entice them to open it up. Would it be their first name too like like got the current employer crafted message

    Great Videos, Thanks for sharing very helpful tips for job seekers. I have one question, while resume tailoring we should only consider 'Technical terms' or every part of job description?

    • @independentconsultant
      @independentconsultant  4 роки тому

      As many parts as possible! From technical terms, to soft skills, to experience and certifications!
      You might also want to add specific industry terms that your job entails!

    Can we send the job application to the top management like Chief executives and chairman?

    • @independentconsultant
      @independentconsultant  3 роки тому

      Of course, but I'd recommend reaching out to Managers/Senior employees, they'll be more likely to respond.

      I use pexabay and pexels, they are free! Or jf you want more choices, I used to use videoblock, but you need to pay a subscription! Hope this helps :)

    A great video, and professional instructor, I found your video by luck on youtube, then subscribed immediately to see more helpful contents.
    I am in the step of : having a job already but looking for better salary+ compansation job, and what confuse me alot is the decision of ; should I continue in my same career to decrease the risk of the new job, or take the risk and change to new-tech careers?
    Thank you so sharing such a wonderful video

    • @independentconsultant
      @independentconsultant  4 роки тому

      Hey Mohamed! Thanks for the kind words :) I always say nothing in life that is worth it is easy. Keep your current job, and look for a new one at the same time in the tech industry if that's really what you want. Yes it is risky, but do not think that there is some other ways that are "easier". Changing careers is always challenging, but for most people I know, it was always worth it. So ask yourself: how bad do you want this new job in a new industry?
