If it's the slower winter months where you'd normally offer your winter pricing options: with this offer would you maintain this offer where you get 8-10% of each deal but you'd just slow down their marketing and cut the ad spend in half?
How would one determine exactly how much to ask for each deal (8% versus 10%)? I assume you would only offer one flat rate for everybody. Do you think it's as simple as if you have more experience (great proven service delivery) and sales skills you can ask for more money (like how with the retainer model you can ask for $2,000 a month instead of $1,500 month if you have the service delivery and sales skills to justify a higher cost)?
