This was a great interview! We learned so much! Thank you!
Great discussion, and I felt like a student listening to a master discussing her craft in great detail.
Another great interview! I enjoyed this so much!
Your episodes were beautiful and so memorable. It was wonderful to hear you speak so glowingly about Johannah Newmarch. She is amazing!
This was a wonderful interview. I learned so much. And, thank you for asking my question! ❤
Alyssa truly has a love of film and people which comes across on the screen. wCTH is so relaxing, i feel like I’m right there in the story with them.
3:30 I wondered if some of those themes on the chalkboard were related to events happening in the episode. It certainly explains "poisonous plants" during the episode with Thomas Higgins!
I really hope she directs many more episodes of WCTH. I love her perspective and style.
Amazing! Her episodes are brilliant! I live for the silence which allows to just BE in the moment! It's everything! 💖🥰 Love that about her directing so much! Erin and Kevin are masters at speaking noverbally, their scenes are wonderful beyond words. 🥰 Thank you! This conversation was so educational and interesting and such a joy! ☺️🙏💖
Wasn’t it though?! We really felt it was a master class in directing.
I like her so much!! Thank you for joining WCTH!!
"There is so much in silence.". Well said. Thank you for giving us lingering and still moments in WCTH. Also, I sm seeing happy times this season. It has been a reminder to me that Im not making the time for any joy and fun while Hope Valley is doing fun and easy fun, well. Singing, outdoor events, walking and talking and my favorite - just sitting on the porch and being together. I need to improve. Its time to make time for a bit more carefree moments. How to do this Im not sure. Please share your insight and suggestions. Not so fun Emily in Weedville, PA.
