It's written by Desmond Child, actually, interestingly enough! It had a Def Leppard sound to it, too, methinks, and it's my favorite by Alice, probably cause of this.
Anyone that hasn’t seen her live on stage, especially during the Alice Cooper tours, you gotta get out there and check it out. She’s a ball of energy on stage and plays like a demon! Incredible entertainer.
Saw her and Alice Cooper this summer with Motley Crue. She is totally awesome and my favorite thing is she looks like she's totally having fun on stage which is the way it's supposed to be. She rocks!!!!!
Playing in front of thousands in a stadium, must be a great feeling! Playing in front of 12 old dudes in a Long and McQuade...had to feel weird for her.
I once took home a pretty lady from a pub where metal and hard rock were kings. I played eruption and sweet child of mine solos, sure that she will be impressed. She then proceeded to take my Ibanez and played all the solos of tornado of souls flawlessly. Needless to say, I spent a pretty good night after that.
I just saw her live in Chicago Saturday night. When she's on stage, she tears it up more. This is quite conservative. Her ability to play smoothly and still run around and have a blast is unreal. Much better then orianthi. Definitely my favorite female guitarist, and one of my favorites as a whole regardless of gender
I had never seen Alice Cooper live until the final Mötley Crüe tour swung through Phoenix, Arizona. I had no idea who Nita was nor even expected how great she and the band were. She absolutely blew me away and I instantly became and Alice Cooper fan.
WOW. well... she is blessed with talent, cool vibe and beauty. Those two Alice discs when he returned were pretty awesome. great songs and great players...Slash and Satriani and others.
In 1993 as a new teenager I came across this on vinyl in my Dads record collection and fell in love. At the same time I entered puberty and fell in love with blondes. Now my life is complete.
There is no live show that compares to standing ten feet away from one of your guitar idols, where you can see and hear everything, including the plectrum. Thanks for the video.
She’s great and SO talented. 🎉🎉 2:50 is perfection!! She’s obviously a great person because when she had a problem with electronics, she said, “oh, gosh.” No cursing. 👏👏
Nita is such an amazing Woman. Music is in her blood. It's so easy to fall in Love with her ❤ You have to see her preform she is amazing. God bless u Nita keep ROCKIN!
This album and Dr. Feelgood pretty much launched my junior high butt into the world of heavy metal. Watching this video, I'm inspired to learn this one on guitar.
@@nikifalcon That´s not the point! Point is behind great playing lies hours of tedious work. We often admire a butterfly for its colours, but we don´t often appreciate its journey all the way from the cocoon!
If guitar is boring than your playing it wrong. For me personally, it's the best part of every day. Just me and the guitar making music. Puts a smile on my face every time. Guitar shouldn't be tedious and boring.
@@snottyboy9983 my point was, you're not making music in the beginning and when you are learning technical things. But i agree that playing once you can play is fun. Or so ive heard. Ive been making noise for 30 years

She completely done that song justice, but wud like say what a surprise to see a attractive female doing it well done Alice must of been a very hard decision taking on her as new lead guitarist 👍👍
HOLY SHIT!!! How did you hear about this??? Was there a lot of fans there? Can't believe I missed this, and it was only a 10 km drive away too. Did she play any other solos? "House Of Fire" maybe??? Oh well, amazing video anyway. I love that vibrato she does at 2:27. Whenever I record a guitar solo I always try to get both their hands in the shot so I can watch all their fingers at work. Nita kinda reminds me of the members of the 80's band Vixen, aw well as a bit of Lita Ford, back in the day when the gorgeous guitar goddesses reigned!
OVI-Wan Kenobi All these clinics are offered at Long and McQuade. Go to their website and sign up for their mailing lists. The next clinic is Steve Vai in June at the Telus World of Science. Amazing hey! I've been to dozens of clinics over the years with a huge range of players, mostly drums and guitar.
David Mouland That one looks pretty expensive at $125. It's too bad it's not free, I really liked his guitar work with David Lee Roth and on Whitesnake's Slip of the Tongue album.
yea $125 is steep. If I were guaranteed a meet and greet and something signed I'd consider it but it doesn't say explicitly that they will do that after the session so I am cautious
lol OVI, it's odd that you mention filming both hands cos I just found myself staring at her picking hand, like I was subconsciously trying to figure out notes which were hammered, pulled off or picked. but it wasn't until after I realised I was watching her picking hand that I realised why. I*'ve played this tune a few times myself tonight and noticed a few slight changes in my approach to picking since the last time I played it, maybe that's why I was so engrossed in her hands lol I noticed I started looking at her eyes, then her fretting hand and finally the picking hand dominated... she seems to slide a lot more than I do here and I found that interesting, my palm mutes are a lot different to hers insofar as where I choose to mute lol... but yeah, getting both hands is a big deal. I really don't know why I came back to this video just now, maybe cos I've been playing it myself and Nita just came to mind I guess, but I never noticed your comment last time or my interest in what her picking hand was doing.
I saw Alice Cooper...... I think it was at the Motley Crue show.. and even though he was a little before my time, He was a great performer, and I could not take my eyes off her. Pure - talent, she has class, holds her own on guitar and doesn't need any gimmicks. Well played. Beautiful❤

Smooth is the word. She has a lot of accuracy generally. I also always respect 'band shredders' over 'solo widdlers' for some reason.
She is so much better than Orianthi, who is a dead fish on stage.
Saw her on AXS TV concert with Alice Cooper. She made the men look bad. She was awsome.
